Amanda is still kinda hurting and cramping this morning. It is rare we are getting up at the same time. So it was good to spend time with her.

Headed to the Creeper dungeon. Did yoga for 30 minutes stretch out very deep before getting on the treadmill for 25 minutes. Did a few minutes of work on my shoulders in the Creeper's stretch then set up for warm up sets. Turned on some heavy metal this morning. Bit slow to the go. Need some heat today.

* 193.2 This morning
* 8.05 hrs sleep with Cpap, PR set for the most hours slept without chemistry involved.

• WORK SETS —

• Bent‑Over Barbell Rows (Bar 45lbs)
115 lbs total — 15, 15, 15
Back locked in place, bar path clean and planned. Feeling very easy to move, it felt so good to put a big squeeze in. Everything is feeling synchronized quickly in the back, upper/mid traps. I keep tempo and rhythm timed. Keeping everything in check you get the most out of this. Still feel the burn in the lats by rep 15 on the first set. Find the target angle to hit the group of muscle you want to work and stay locked. Today I went 20 lbs.

• Lat Pulldowns 12 sets ( shoulder width + Unilateral) 25-15 reps.
100 on the stack, 50 for uni.
Shoulder‑to‑narrow rotation for 20 reps. Take 60 seconds, Taking the time here is key to push the reps up. Keep the plan.
Unilateral rounds push for 20 on each side for 6 sets. Uni got 20 reps on all but the last 2 were much more challenging and had to dig for it.

• Seated Cable Rows
100lbs 3 x sets — 15, 15, 15
Full resets, tight pulls, 90‑second resets were mandatory. Form is smooth. upper & mid traps. Slow and controlled. Thinking about the sweep from head high to hip, keeping the line straight in the movement. You will feel the load shifting out of the arms into the lats, as the shoulder blades rotating around the ribs, then into mid back under squeeze. Back and lats are working hard. Adding the weight on barbell rows is having a lasting effect.
Stay even with the book.

• Face Pulls
30 lbs. 25 reps x 3 sets
Rear delts take the hit. This is feeling good. Letting the weight pull out my arms. You can feel the shoulder blades rotating out and over then pulling together in middle of the spine. I hit 25, 25, 24. We stay even. Back is taking a hit today!

• Standing Cable Curls
60 lbs
Set 1–6 strong eccentric pull, then a very slow decent on a 4 count.
Arms are always happy to do this. Tension kept on each arm for a set. This is done in a way – hard pull up...slow on the way down. This is the shaper or the bi's peak. I enjoy dumbbells. But the tension is here constant. Get into the deep stretch on this, where the arm is behind you a bit. 12 x 4 and 10 x 2 for the sets.

• Pullovers
80 lb dumbbell — 3×20
Sideways on the bench, letting gravity peel you open. Nothing uncomfortable in this loaded. Disciplined and controlled movements. Arch the back up in extended flattening out bringing it up. This is more than a lat movement. It builds core and deep on the tri's.

• Extra sets, Creeper curl
60 seconds between sets. Hand pronation away from you. Letting the wrist bend coming up and flattening out on the way down.
Slow and controlled on the first 5, quicker on the second 5 to really pump the blood in.
15 lbs x 4 sets. Hit 10 reps for all 4. This is the finisher for the bi's and forearms.

• Pull up's, I did 5, 90 second reset . Then got 5 more. Had my 25 lbs on a belt. Slow purposeful pull up and slow let down letting gravity pull my back for a 5 count, it felt extremely good to stretch out my back.

*DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN

• OVERALL NOTES
The day planned for a relaxing day. Not getting caught up in doing a bunch of odds and ends that are always there to do. Have Amanda chill and try and get this parasite gone. This has been an uncomfortable experience for her in a lot of ways. Dose not help with my dad talking about some kind of worm that comes out of your butt at night to breathe and try and reproduce. Thats the last thing she needed to hear. Not even sure if the old man knows what he is talking about or just trying to freak her out even more.

🔥 TEAM USP — BODYBUILDING NEWS 🔥
Aug 15/2026

• BODYBUILDING NEWS

• Texas Pro Prejudging Erupts (Men’s Open + 212)
Men’s Open and 212 prejudging are underway in Irving, Texas.
Early call-outs locked in a clash between Kiff Bajio, Muhammad Mbabi, Patrick Moore, and Regan Grimes.
Patrick and Regan are battling it out for one and two. Regan was improved from last weeks conditioning.
Patrick is improved as well, just with a very esthetic look compared to most open guys.

Courage Opara already secured the 212 title with a decisive look.

• Olympia Countdown: Final Qualification Window
Texas Pro stands as one of the last remaining chances for Men’s Open athletes to secure a 2026 Olympia invite.

• Ryan Terry Drops 215‑LB Fasted Update
Men’s Physique Olympia Champion Ryan Terry released a 215‑lb fasted update with a violent back‑day routine.

• Nick Walker Goes Nuclear at Six Weeks Out
Nick “The Mutant” Walker released a massive six‑weeks‑out update showing a full, round, granite‑dense package with a tight midsection. Most dialed in at the moment, hopefully he can time it right and keep what he has going.

• HADI CHOOPAN — “45%” UPDATE
Hadi claims he’s “at 45%”, and visually he’s pulling in well.
Upper body tightening, midsection cleaner, density returning.
But the legs still lag, not small, just not matching the upper‑body aggression.

Read:
Improving fast, but still uneven. Needs leg size to threaten for the top.

DEREK LUNSFORD — CHAMPION CONSISTENCY
Derek’s update looks exactly like....Well..... Derek — Oily, controlled, predictable, championship‑level progression.
He’s where he should be, no surprises, no deviations.

Read:
Stable, textbook, elite baseline. Not explosive, but undeniably on track. As well as freshly topped up.

• SAMPSON DAUDA — “STILL HUGE” VIDEO
Sampson dropped a clip showing him massive, round, and full — but the video looks older.
If it’s current, he’s too far out from peak form for six weeks.
If it’s older, he’s hiding the real updates.

Read:
Size never the issue — timing is. Either behind schedule or playing smoke‑and‑mirrors.

🔥 MEN’S OPEN — COMPETITION STATUS SWEEP

Athlete
Update Details
Current Status & Outlook

Nick Walker
Massive six‑weeks‑out update. Full, round, tight midsection.
Fresh off Tampa Pro domination. Ahead of schedule under Prabh Dhaliwal.

Regan Grimes
On stage today at Texas Pro.
Seeking redemption after close Atlanta Pro 2nd. Early callouts look sharp.

Patrick Moore
Competing in his 9th show of 2026!
Insane durability. Conditioning crisp despite nonstop schedule.

Andrew Jacked
Heavy hip‑thrust + leg specialization.
Skipped tune‑ups. Locked in for Olympia. Weight/conditioning hidden.

Hadi Choopan
Claims “45%.” Upper body pulling in, legs still behind.
Improving fast but uneven. Needs leg balance to contend.

Derek Lunsford
Stable, controlled update. Looks exactly like Derek.
Champion consistency. On track, no surprises.

Sampson Dauda
Huge in latest clip, likely older footage.
If current: behind. If old: hiding real progress.

🧠 TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Texas Pro is the last door of the O qualification season.
Walker’s update is the loudest signal he’s riding the surging momentum.
Hadi is improving but still uneven.
Derek is predictable, and predictability wins titles unfortunately.
Sampson is either behind or bluffing. I hope its the latter.
Regan and Patrick are fighting like men who refuse to fade.
Andrew is the silent threat.

• TEAM USP — DAY 3: Legs, Calves & Abs
Lower body work.

* 193.1 This morning.
* 7.75 hr sleep with Cpap🤙

• Started my day 0600 got to bed early. Feeling pretty good this am. Throw on the sweats download my USP gear. Mr. Ash is crashed out. I wake him up to do our morning perimeter sweep. Science officers robe on. Ash dose his show I water the plants. Check on Chickens hook them up with grain and water with a touch of tren. 😜 grab up our rewards of 6 eggs.
https://us-pharmacies.to/product/sustanon-500-mg-ml-10ml-vial-up/

Primobolan 50mg
https://us-pharmacies.to/product/primobolan-depot-methenolone-enanthate/

Masteron e 25mg

Trenbalone Ace 20mg

Ash wants to head back to bed. So... To the Creeper dungeon and start walking on the treadmill to a good jog. 35 minutes we hit target zone 125—135. Eat my spoon full of honey with some electrolytes. On to the Yoga stretches. Loosened the back and legs for the feel good pain to come. On to opening my chest up, as well as the Creeper stretches using 30lbs in hand, swirl the weight letting the shoulder fibers get stretched good. Slowing down and reverse the spin. It is showing how mobile I am compared to guys way younger than me. At work anyway. Finished off with my old, school stretches. Turned on tunes. Got my warm up sets up ready to go.

• Leg Press

300 Stance wide today.
Paused reps. Smooth and controlled.
4×12, quads feeling fine. With wide stance getting pretty deep, great stretch. Easy to come out the hole. This is feeling good and controlled. keeping the knee straight by using my lifting belt. I am doing some isolation leg extensions to warm up. Focused on rhythmic movement and time under load. All sets to 12. Everything felt pretty good starting off.

• Cable Crunches
Staying at 150lbs. Spine arched, hips pulling through.
Controlled and systemic.
And doing 6 sets. I ran this up to 15. I take a solid 60 seconds to recover after set 3. I am still shaking hard by set 4 that the wall is starting, before it was the end of set 3, Bring the pain! The rest time in between sets is the only way to get this much done. This gets the blood flowing good. Heart rate up 130-145. Sweat builds fast.

• Romanian Deadlifts x 5
130lbs, Belt tight. Hamstrings drawn tight. Close to the shins, keeping head up.
10 on set one, backed down on reps after 3 going to 10 and 10. Then 8 and 7 Being methodically. Staying even with the book

• Calf Raises
130 lbs On a 2‑inch platform, heels hanging deep.
Stretch, squeeze up, repeat. 5 sets done at 10 reps.
Do note this is on the Smith Machine.

• Hanging Leg Raises x 4, grips on.
Weighted sets with 10 lbs on the feet.
Strict, no sway. Keep the work honest 10 reps with a rest of 30 seconds. I was lighting up in the abs. Did 8 reps, 2 more sets. We are staying even.

• Smith Machine Squats x 4
300 lbs, wide stance, tempo steady.
10 reps then 9, 7 for sets 3 & 4. Nice and smooth. Form feels good with the toes slightly out. Kept even with reps.

• Hack squat x 3
started this off light as the finish touch. 170, 3 sets neutral stance, toes pushed down and straight 12, 10, 10. quads lighting up! Foam box is still being used. I am standing a bit higher than mid plate.

* Extra set Leg Curls
We will swap this in as a normal sooner or later. 4 sets at 35lbs to start. Catdad had a bit of influencer on this with his killer hams.

* Extra set pull up's
Did 5 X 3 with the 25lbs on the belt, I like to give a bit of relax hanging at the bottom at the end of a set just to unload the spine and stretching everything deeply.

• Daily Totals
- Calories: ~3,850–4,250
- Protein: ~400–425
-Fats:~85–105g
- Sodium ~ 3,500 – 4,100
- Carbs: ~425–480 Moderate‑high

• Notes of the Day
Got the Yard looking good with a criss-cross cut. And chilled out and ate on a timely basis. Amanda seems to be turning the corner today was not nearly as bad as she was. So hopefully she will be gaining strength and endurance back that was been stolen from her.
Time to do some meal prepping and call it a good day.

🔥TEAM USP Bodybuilding News 🔥

Texas delivered five fresh champions, multiple Olympia qualifications, and a surge of athlete momentum across Open, Classic, 212, Physique, and Figure.

• SHOW RESULTS
2026 IFBB Texas Pro — Irving, Texas

Nick Walker continues his post‑Tampa momentum, publicly stating he’s “winning the Olympia this year.”
Derek Lunsford has continued his confidence tour. As well as making an appearance at powerhouse gym, owner is Ifbb head judge Steve Weinberger.....
Qualification window closes August 30 —

• SOCIAL MEDIA SWEEP (LAST 24 HOURS)
• Moore posted emotional backstage footage after securing his Olympia qualification.
• Grimes shared a reflective message, promising a sharper return.
• Zancanelli celebrated his Classic win with team shots.
• Courage Opara dropped full‑stage comparisons highlighting his 212 dominance.
• Lena Ramsteiner posted her Figure victory reel.
• NPC/IFBB outlets pushed official Texas Pro confirmations across all divisions.

🧠 TEAM USP (Creeper’s Thoughts)
Texas Pro delivered exactly what August needed chaos, clarity, and a new Open storyline. Moore’s win wasn’t luck. It was grit, conditioning, and refusal to fold after eight straight shows. Grimes looked big and full with better condition, but Moore’s detail carried the night. Classic, 212, Physique, and Figure all produced clean winners with Olympia implications.
