Headed to the Creeper dungeon. Did yoga for 30 minutes stretch out very deep before getting on the treadmill for 25 minutes. Did a few minutes of work on my shoulders in the Creeper's stretch then set up for warm up sets. Turned on some heavy metal this morning. Bit slow to the go. Need some heat today.
* 193.2 This morning
* 8.05 hrs sleep with Cpap, PR set for the most hours slept without chemistry involved.
• WORK SETS —
• Bent‑Over Barbell Rows (Bar 45lbs)
115 lbs total — 15, 15, 15
Back locked in place, bar path clean and planned. Feeling very easy to move, it felt so good to put a big squeeze in. Everything is feeling synchronized quickly in the back, upper/mid traps. I keep tempo and rhythm timed. Keeping everything in check you get the most out of this. Still feel the burn in the lats by rep 15 on the first set. Find the target angle to hit the group of muscle you want to work and stay locked. Today I went 20 lbs.
• Lat Pulldowns 12 sets ( shoulder width + Unilateral) 25-15 reps.
100 on the stack, 50 for uni.
Shoulder‑to‑narrow rotation for 20 reps. Take 60 seconds, Taking the time here is key to push the reps up. Keep the plan.
Unilateral rounds push for 20 on each side for 6 sets. Uni got 20 reps on all but the last 2 were much more challenging and had to dig for it.
• Seated Cable Rows
100lbs 3 x sets — 15, 15, 15
Full resets, tight pulls, 90‑second resets were mandatory. Form is smooth. upper & mid traps. Slow and controlled. Thinking about the sweep from head high to hip, keeping the line straight in the movement. You will feel the load shifting out of the arms into the lats, as the shoulder blades rotating around the ribs, then into mid back under squeeze. Back and lats are working hard. Adding the weight on barbell rows is having a lasting effect.
Stay even with the book.
• Face Pulls
30 lbs. 25 reps x 3 sets
Rear delts take the hit. This is feeling good. Letting the weight pull out my arms. You can feel the shoulder blades rotating out and over then pulling together in middle of the spine. I hit 25, 25, 24. We stay even. Back is taking a hit today!
• Standing Cable Curls
60 lbs
Set 1–6 strong eccentric pull, then a very slow decent on a 4 count.
Arms are always happy to do this. Tension kept on each arm for a set. This is done in a way – hard pull up...slow on the way down. This is the shaper or the bi's peak. I enjoy dumbbells. But the tension is here constant. Get into the deep stretch on this, where the arm is behind you a bit. 12 x 4 and 10 x 2 for the sets.
• Pullovers
80 lb dumbbell — 3×20
Sideways on the bench, letting gravity peel you open. Nothing uncomfortable in this loaded. Disciplined and controlled movements. Arch the back up in extended flattening out bringing it up. This is more than a lat movement. It builds core and deep on the tri's.
• Extra sets, Creeper curl
60 seconds between sets. Hand pronation away from you. Letting the wrist bend coming up and flattening out on the way down.
Slow and controlled on the first 5, quicker on the second 5 to really pump the blood in.
15 lbs x 4 sets. Hit 10 reps for all 4. This is the finisher for the bi's and forearms.
• Pull up's, I did 5, 90 second reset . Then got 5 more. Had my 25 lbs on a belt. Slow purposeful pull up and slow let down letting gravity pull my back for a 5 count, it felt extremely good to stretch out my back.

• OVERALL NOTES
The day planned for a relaxing day. Not getting caught up in doing a bunch of odds and ends that are always there to do. Have Amanda chill and try and get this parasite gone. This has been an uncomfortable experience for her in a lot of ways. Dose not help with my dad talking about some kind of worm that comes out of your butt at night to breathe and try and reproduce. Thats the last thing she needed to hear. Not even sure if the old man knows what he is talking about or just trying to freak her out even more.

• Texas Pro Prejudging Erupts (Men’s Open + 212)
Men’s Open and 212 prejudging are underway in Irving, Texas.
Early call-outs locked in a clash between Kiff Bajio, Muhammad Mbabi, Patrick Moore, and Regan Grimes.
Patrick and Regan are battling it out for one and two. Regan was improved from last weeks conditioning.
Patrick is improved as well, just with a very esthetic look compared to most open guys.
Courage Opara already secured the 212 title with a decisive look.
• Olympia Countdown: Final Qualification Window
Texas Pro stands as one of the last remaining chances for Men’s Open athletes to secure a 2026 Olympia invite.
• Ryan Terry Drops 215‑LB Fasted Update
Men’s Physique Olympia Champion Ryan Terry released a 215‑lb fasted update with a violent back‑day routine.
• Nick Walker Goes Nuclear at Six Weeks Out
Nick “The Mutant” Walker released a massive six‑weeks‑out update showing a full, round, granite‑dense package with a tight midsection. Most dialed in at the moment, hopefully he can time it right and keep what he has going.
• HADI CHOOPAN — “45%” UPDATE
Hadi claims he’s “at 45%”, and visually he’s pulling in well.
Upper body tightening, midsection cleaner, density returning.
But the legs still lag, not small, just not matching the upper‑body aggression.
Read:
Improving fast, but still uneven. Needs leg size to threaten for the top.
DEREK LUNSFORD — CHAMPION CONSISTENCY
Derek’s update looks exactly like....Well..... Derek — Oily, controlled, predictable, championship‑level progression.
He’s where he should be, no surprises, no deviations.
Read:
Stable, textbook, elite baseline. Not explosive, but undeniably on track. As well as freshly topped up.
• SAMPSON DAUDA — “STILL HUGE” VIDEO
Sampson dropped a clip showing him massive, round, and full — but the video looks older.
If it’s current, he’s too far out from peak form for six weeks.
If it’s older, he’s hiding the real updates.
Read:
Size never the issue — timing is. Either behind schedule or playing smoke‑and‑mirrors.
