• No Alarm today, up at 0400. I was a tired again. 6hrs 55min (Had trouble falling asleep again) but numbers are up running Cpap. The kids were messing about again. I asked them to shut it down, in a calm direct eye contact way. They were very understanding. Or they could tell I wasn't having it.
Other than that feel pretty good!

Mr. Ash was out cold, sleeping away on his back, I woke him up letting him out of his kennel. He gave a big stretch dragging his back legs out, I gave him his nose kiss. He jumped in bed with mom
so....I grab my rock start and I go outside to do the show. I do the normal perimeter sweep. Water the chickens and plants, we got another 10 anabolic buttnuggets this morning. I am waddling around feels off with out Ash making fun of me. The Creeper's dungeon is needed! I started off walking the treadmill for 10 min to a slow jog for an other 25 minutes. Started to tighten up, the humidity has been high the last few day's. Transitioning to the floor I took my time and stretching out every angle I can on my legs. Stretch out my back really well. Finished off with my old school standard stretches. Then as customary now on rest days I normally do some push up's and pull up's. So to start, on my bench I do my Creeper stretches. Letting weight hang in my hand rotating in a small circles. Let it pull on everything in the shoulder. At 30 lbs. Switched out and do both sides. Doing 4 or 5 sets of this helps let the tension out of the shoulders.
* Then set up with yoga blocks and did 15 push up's. Everything seems smooth and controlled. Did 15 more shoulder is coming back.
* Pull up's – today, the belt again with 25. And was able to do 5 pretty easily. Took a rest and... pull off 5 more. Rest.... 8 more... 5x2 and a 8 stall w 25lb plate.
* I started doing what I call goose curls. If you know how to do a normal curl. Rotating wrist down to the ground. 20lbs. Keep wrist bent. Curl up letting the bar sit in the hook of the fingers and curl up allowing the wrist to be pulled down as you curl up to 80% or so. You do this right all forearms. 10 reps X 5 sets. = Freak forearms

• 193.2 this morning.
Super muggy day, just enough rain to get the air sticky. Heavy water and electrolytes are the plan for days like this. Grinding out the day of diagnostic work. Mostly electric problems that no one wants the mess with. For me its normal work. Speaking with one Co - worker. My talking health stuff he went to his doctor and jumped on sema. Good for him. We made a positive change in someone's mind. I did ask if he wanted to do some workouts. But that didn't go far. Think he is a bit intimidated yet. We will keep trying Team USP style!

TEAM USP BODYBUILDING NEWS
July 29/2026
• NICK WALKER — TAMPA PRO FINAL PHYSIQUE DROP (NEW COACH, NEW LOOK)
Nick Walker has officially taken over the last 24 hours of the bodybuilding news cycle.
His final physique updates before the 2026 Tampa Pro are now circulating across all major outlets.
Verified movement:
• New coach ×6?
• Back double‑bicep = denser, thicker, sharper than any previous season.
• Best biceps in ifbb right now?
• Back lat spread showing major width increase
• Analysts calling this his best Olympia‑qualifier look ever
• Walker expected to secure his 2026 Mr. Olympia qualification at Tampa
TEAM USP Interpretation:
Nick is peaking at the exact right moment.
This is the most dangerous version of him since 2022. And the smallest waist I have seen since he got huge.
• HADI CHOOPAN — MASSIVE OFF‑SEASON WEIGHT SPIKE
Hadi Choopan is sitting roughly 20 pounds heavier than his previous off‑season benchmarks.
Verified movement:
• Size increase confirmed
• Midsection control debated
• Structural conditioning still elite
• Coaches emphasize he’s maintaining classic Hadi hardness
TEAM USP Interpretation:
Hadi is pushing mass hard — but still holding shape.
This is a risky but potentially lethal off‑season strategy.
• SAMSON DAUDA & ANDREW JACKED — V‑TAPER REBUILD PHASE
Both athletes have shifted away from blockier looks and are now showing dramatic V‑tapers and sweeping quad lines.
Verified movement:
• Dauda: tighter midsection, wider upper body detail coming in
• Andrew: improved quad sweep? better shoulder‑to‑waist ratio
• Both showing contest‑ready silhouettes in gym check‑ins
TEAM USP Interpretation:
These two are quietly building Olympia‑level shapes while everyone watches Nick.
• WESLEY VISSERS — OLYMPIA PREP IN FULL MOTION
Wesley Vissers continues his 2026 Mr. Olympia prep following standout showings at the Detroit Pro and Arnold Classic USA.
Verified movement:
• Latest updates show excellent balance
• Improved back detail
• IMPROVED lats!?
• Classic lines remain untouched
• Aiming to break into the top tier of Classic Physique
TEAM USP Interpretation:
Wesley is the most structurally complete Classic athlete not yet in the top 3.
This prep could change that.

TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Nick Walker is the gravitational center of the sport right now, everything is orbiting his Tampa Pro peak.
Hadi is pushing mass like he’s trying to rewrite his own blueprint, I hope it works for him.
Dauda and Andrew are carving out dangerous silhouettes. Sampson is looking like Ronnie!
Wesley is quietly building a Classic threat.
And Tampa weekend is about to blow up the season.
