DAY 2 — PULL | BACK • BICEPS • REAR DELTS

Starting off at 0400 We have the sons track tournament today. I need to get my shit done and on the road by 0830. So was able to get my Rockstar zero in hand take Mr. Ash out to stare at the neighbors. Checked up on some bodybuilding news.
Hit the treadmill for 20 minutes just to get warm. I get more steps later. Transitioning to yoga stretches. Working on stretches for the back and lats. Then my old school stretches. With some quick warm up sets.
Evo will be on during the car ride 🤙🏆
Did pack food to eat during the day with shakes and extra water.

*185.8 lbs this morning.

• Bent‑Over Barbell Rows
70lbs — 15, 14, 13 upped 5lbs again.
Back did get hot instantly but I wasn't messing around and had my belt tight. Hip pivot locked. Bar path clean. Still feeling light. Have room to work.
Always enjoy this type of back work, felt good, tightening squeeze between the shoulders with a 2 second pause, slow decent. To an accelerated pull up again.

• Lat Pulldowns (half a grip wider than shoulders + Unilateral)
100 on the stack • 50 for uni
Natural ‑to‑narrow rotation for 16–18 reps across 6 sets. 🤙
Unilateral rounds past 20 — pleasure‑pain mix, no other way to describe it.
Elbow‑to‑hip cue = width unlocked. Fire in the lats at the end. I am starting to see width pop. I will be really try to bring up lats. If anyone has something to add please chime in.

• Seated Cable Rows
130lbs — 15, 15, 15
Full resets. Tight pulls.
90‑second discipline.
Strength shows up in the patterns we build.

• Face Pulls
30 lbs — 20 reps × 3 sets.
Rear delts always get the pump on this.
Whole upper back gets touched.
Cracking walnuts between the shoulder blades by the end.

• Seated Cable Dumbbell Curls
90 lbs on cables, added 5lbs
Set 1: 12 slow, surgical reps
Set 5: 8 full reps + unknown partials
Arms pumped to the can't move or put elbows down 🤙

• Pullovers
70lb dumbbell, added 5lbs — 3×20
Sideways on the bench, letting gravity peel the lats open.
Last set slowed down to carve width with intent.

• Extra Set
Spider curl
25 lbs × 3 sets
First set: 10
Then 7 to 4 pause 3, partials to fail.

• DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Calories: 3,200
- Protein: 280g
- Carbs: 460–480g
- Fat: 75–85g
- Sodium: 3,800–4,400mg
- Tablespoon of honey before work sets — this is working very well. Felt the difference form the start. I also drink an electrolytes/ Aminos mix during the work.

• OVERALL NOTES
The son had a good day on the track. He is still recovering from an upper respiratory infection. So he was a bit off. And didn't perform his mile run he kicks ass at. He is in at 6 minutes 15 seconds on his last. Definitely way faster than my blocky ass. But was good for him to get out and be competitive. I was in my team USP shirt definitely catching looks with the gun show out 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 I know the officer's will probably be check out the website 😁🫡

🔥 TEAM USP DAILY BODYBUILDING NEWS. 5/9/2026

🏆 TONIO BURTON WINS THE 2026 NEW YORK PRO 🏆 DOMINANT, CLEAN, UNDENIABLE
Tonio Burton walked into New York and took command from the first callout.
Center spot never left him. Conditioning was the separator.
Back shots were the kill shot.

Official placing: 1st
Score: 8 points

Physique Breakdown — Tonio Burton
• Conditioning: Crisp, dry, detailed — best in the lineup
• Back double biceps: Clear win; deep separation and density
• Quads: Feathering on full display
• Midsection: Tight, controlled, professional
• Presentation: Zero wasted motion, champion-level pacing
Overall: The most complete body on stage. Olympia-level statement. Great control through the call–outs. Look forward to see his improvements.

• MICHAL KRIZANEK TAKES 2ND
MASS MONSTER, BUT NOT SHARP ENOUGH
Krizo brought mass and roundness, but Burton’s detail beat him where it mattered.

Official placing: 2nd
Score: 10 points

Physique Breakdown — Michal Krizanek
• Size: Biggest man on stage, no debate
• Front double: Freaky silhouette, huge arms
• Back shots: Improved but still not matching Burton’s detail. Lacking bi size in the back double
• Conditioning: Good, not great — cost him the win
• Midsection: He was breathing hard by the end he kept it together for the most part. His abs were washed out.
Overall: A dangerous threat, but not the sharpest version. He can make some Midsection improvements and be a real threat. I always go for the big guys in the show. He definitely made improvements to his posing. He needs more work to show what he has.

• RAFAEL BRANDÃO IN 3RD — AESTHETICS ON FULL DISPLAY
Brandão brought shape, flow, and lines, but lacked the density to challenge Burton or Krizo.

Official placing: 3rd
Score: 18 points

Physique Breakdown — Rafael Brandão
• Aesthetics: Best in the lineup
• Front shots: Beautiful structure, clean lines
• Back: Good but not deep enough to hang with the top 2
• Conditioning: Solid, but not razor-sharp
Overall: Aesthetic standout, but out-muscled today. Think he was a bit flat compared to some early shots of his. Cost him in the end.

• BLESSING AWODIBU CRACKS TOP 4 — IMPROVED, CONFIDENT, ENTERTAINING
Blessing brought better conditioning and a more complete look than last season.

Official placing: 4th
Score: 24 points

Physique Breakdown — Blessing Awodibu
• Upper body: Round, full, cartoonish
• Legs: Improved but still behind the top 3
• Conditioning: Best he’s brought in a while
• Stage presence: Elite, crowd loved him
Overall: A strong return to form. I can't believe the run he is on and stayed in great shape.

• DANIEL GOSS IN 5TH — BREAKOUT PERFORMANCE
Goss delivered a dense, balanced, professional look that earned him a top-5 finish.

Official placing: 5th
Score: 30 points

Physique Breakdown — Daniel Goss
• Conditioning: Very good — sharp lines
• Back: Surprisingly strong
• Legs: Thick, detailed
• Presentation: Calm, confident
Overall: A legit rising threat in the Open class.

• PATRICK MOORE RETURNS TO THE TOP 6
Moore brought his signature shape but lacked the fullness to push higher.

Official placing: 6th
Score: 36 points

Physique Breakdown — Patrick Moore
• Shape: Still one of the best in the sport
• Arms: Standout bodypart
• Conditioning: Good, not elite
• Fullness: Missing in key poses
Overall: A solid showing, but not peak Moore.

• OFFICIAL IFBB SCORECARD — MEN’S OPEN (TOP 6)
• 1st — Tonio Burton: 8
• 2nd — Michal Krizanek: 10
• 3rd — Rafael Brandão: 18
• 4th — Blessing Awodibu: 24
• 5th — Daniel Goss: 30
• 6th — Patrick Moore: 36

🧠 TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Burton didn’t just win he took the show hostage.
This was a champion’s performance from the first walkout.
Krizo brought the mass, Brandão brought the beauty, Blessing brought the hype
but Burton brought the complete package.

Rear shots? Owned.
Conditioning? Sharper than anyone else.
Momentum? Sky-high heading into Olympia season.
This is the Tonio Burton people have been waiting for.
This is the version that can break into the Olympia callouts and cause chaos.

TEAM USP — DAY 3: Legs, Calves & Abs 🔥
Lower body work.

• 186.1 Lbs This morning.

• 0530 Ash man said it was time to get up. Per daily routine got a Rockstar zero in hand, robe on. A cool, crystal clear morning, everything was a calm quite mountain morning, fresh tree smell and a light rolling dew on the grass. Even the birds were quiet this morning. Would have enjoyed just going on a long walk in the middle of nowhere with Ash. As we know its also Mother's day and I have someone special to be with today! So rolled myself into the garage started on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Keeping Straight, into yoga stretching. Low back has been getting a bit tight on the treadmill so worked on that the most. Then into my normal stretches. I am on day 5 of pinning the Sus 500. This is USP and so far it's well worth it. I will give it an honest go and review. I did .1 so 50 mg. I have been doing it by itself and so far so good. Got right into my warm up sets feeling pretty awesome.
* 186.3 this morning
• Leg Press
230 lbs, Stance wide today.
Paused reps. Smooth and controlled.
4×12, quads still not near max. With the wide stance still holding the foam block Still working deeper than when I started with the block. Still getting a big stretch. And easy to come out the hole. But still feel this is continued progress on how my legs and knees feel. Definitely will be at this for some extent of time.

• Cable Crunches
We are staying at 150lbs. Spine arched, hips pulling through.
Controlled and systemic.
And doing 6 sets . I ran this up to 15. Didn't feel anything out of my rib. Think this will be where we work. And I was shaking hard on the last 2 sets.

• Romanian Deadlifts
120lbs, Belt tight. Hamstrings takes the load. Close to the shins, keeping head up.
10 on set one, slipped on reps after 3 going to 9 and 8. Hopefully we can continue up. Even if its a rep or 2 Just got to be methodically mindful.

• Calf Raises
120 lbs On a 2‑inch platform, heels hanging deep.
Stretch, squeeze up, repeat. 5 sets done at 10 reps. Felt really solid, great pump. Calfs definitely getting the veins popping.

• Hanging Leg Raises
Weighted sets with 10 lbs on the feet.
Strict, no sway. 8 reps with a rest of 60 seconds. With the jump of 5lbs, I was lit up in the abs. Think we will be here for a minute. Did the 8 reps 2 more sets. Using grips to keep from wasting energy in my arms.

• Smith Machine Squats
230 lbs, Wide stance, tempo steady.
10 reps then 9 matched again for sets 3 & 4. Nice and smooth. Form is still off in this stance. The foam is being used. Not getting full range. Still I can feel the load increase and will be doing the waddling show tomorrow 😅

• Hack squat started this off light as the finish touch. 150, 3 sets wide stance, toes pushed down 12, 10, 10. quads good and hot. Especially the sweep, foam box is still in play. Got down pretty deep. Maybe 90% still counts as a win didn't lose any reps. Wide with toes out a bit I can normally put it on the floor.

• Daily Totals
- Calories: ~3,150
- Protein: ~280g
-Fats:~75g
- Sodium ~ 3,250 –3,950
- Carbs: ~380–420 Moderate‑high (ideal for recovery)
- Fats: Controlled, mostly from eggs + almond butter

• Notes of the Day
Had a good day with family had to do 2 breakfasts, one for me then everyone else who's afraid of the word healthy, (kids) and got Amanda Red and Yellow Roses. She stepped out with the son for a bit and my daughter and I set up the flowers. Then unknowingly the kids had a healthy dinner with us and they didn't fight for 375 seconds. So that was nice!

186.2 this morning
Had a project to work on. Some wires that needed unfucked. To get door locks and door steps as well as dome lights. Some people stress over wires but its not that big of a deal. I did have to move into some uncomfortable position with the legs but I tried to see it as extra stretching. Still have some more problems to undo tomorrow. So should be a groovy day. I hope everyone is doing great. And killing the Monday!

* USP HOT PRODUCTS!!!!

DAY 1 — PUSH WORK
CHEST | SHOULDERS | TRIS

• Welcome back fam. Back to it again. 0445 Mr Ash wants up to do the show. Rockstar in hand, we do the daily morning routine and he sniffs the yard, I watch whats going on around the neighborhood. He gets his blanket on the couch. I head into the garage to start walking on the treadmill for 40 minutes running up heart rate 125-135. Then straight into yoga stretching, looked at a few more movements to do. Trying to match the day with stretches better. Afterwards I go straight into my traditional stretches. Today I have a truck to work on. Still have plenty of time to get in work. So transition the gym to get some warm up sets in. Feeling pretty good now. Good and warm. Speaking of things have flipped here from winter right into summer it will probably hit 90's today from 40-50's just strange...

*WORK SETS

• Dumbbell Bench Press
12–18 reps × 5 sets
Today we will stay with the last jump, 50 to 60's. 15 clean reps, locked‑in form, chest tight and squeezed like I have a vice thats gripping steel on my chest. As always I focus from deep stretch, to acceleration increases out of the hole to the top. Slowing down to imagine that clamping force in the chest. Great pump this morning!

• Incline Dumbbell Flyes — 15°
10–15 reps × 4 sets we are the same, 15lbs. Full stretch, slow squeeze. 15 reps on set 1, So did 12 on the rest of the sets. Focused on keeping tempo in time. Then on the decent slow and controlled pause at maximum stretch. Feeling it pull on the chest open up really getting deep on the arms. I try and exhale slowly coming down letting gravity pull it open.

• Triceps Rope Pushdowns — 60 lbs.
10–15 reps × 4 sets
Definitely at 15 reps. I can really feel this increase. Focus sharp, feeling them contractions from top to bottom, keeping the pace going. But on the contraction movement I pushed with a slower movement, then slow accent back. On a 4 count. Hit 10 on the rest of the sets. Tri's are feeling thick.

• Cable Lateral Raises
12–18 reps × 5 sets
Cross‑cable setup we are at 12.5 lbs. Hitting 15 reps first set. No changes in tempo. Adjusting stance to hit all the fibers in the shoulders by being forward, neutral and behind. From set 1 to set 5, 12 reps on the rest. I should say I only do one front delt set, as the get work in flys and presses.

• Seated Overhead Dumbbell Press (Arnold Press)
8–12 reps × 5 sets
Bench nearly vertical, 25lb. First set 15 then to 12's finished off strong at 15. No shoulder pains at all. Can see that the caps are starting to progress.

• DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Calories: 3,550
- Protein: 340g
- Carbs: ~460–480g
- Fat: ~85–100g
- Sodium: ~3,800–4,800mg
- Meals: 6 total
- added a extra cup of rice to the cooker. Going to be an extra 145 grams of carbohydrates available in a day. As of late I take 2 cups and run it through the blender to add to shakes. If you add a bit of water you can get it very smooth through the blender. Think I may add more carbs on this day.
-also going to be adding more protein on gym days. We will start with powders. Then some chicken.

• OVERALL NOTES
Today was a good day very busy most the day. Ended up working past normal. Getting home late is going to mess things up. So I will probably end up finishing this off in the morning. As I had a few things to do at home and check up on the news. I am already pretty tired.

🧠 TEAM USP (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Hunter Labrada lost his dog Titan.

Titan wasn’t just a dog he was part of Hunter’s foundation. Anyone who’s followed him long enough has seen Titan in the background of home clips, quiet moments, and the spaces where the pressure of being a Labrada finally drops.
When a pitbull goes, it hits different. They’re shadows, guardians, emotional anchors. Titan was all of that.
Hunter going silent makes sense now, some pain doesn’t get posted till you can process it correctly, it just gets carried on the heart.
From one pitbull owner to another, this one lands deep.
TEAM USP stands with Hunter. RIP Titan.

DAY 2 — PULL | BACK • BICEPS • REAR DELTS

Mr. Ash told me its time to get moving @ 0430. Grab the robe, then the Rockstar zero. Ash and I checking out the neighborhood. They got some Construction up the road, guys getting ready to pour mud. Rolled back inside to the dungeon to get busy. Turned on the Evo. Listening to brother Harleyguy. Awesome interview! He is a smart guy and has a lot of knowledge to share. Myself was fast walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes keeping heart rate at 125-135. Start drinking my electrolytes. Straight into yoga stretching. I worked over my upper body and arms to get lose. Then lower body to get balance. Then into my traditional stretches to transition into my warm up sets. Feeling okay this morning definitely feeling the soreness now that loads are going up. But oddly its a feeling that you kinda crave at a certain point. It became something that isn't complained about. Just a feeling you want.

*186.4 lbs this morning.

• Bent‑Over Barbell Rows
70lbs — 15, 14, 13
Already primed for this. I wasn't messing around and had my belt tight. Hip pivot locked. Bar path in mind set. Still feeling light. I have room to work till form changes.
Always enjoy this type of back work, this feels good, tightening squeeze between the shoulders with a 2 second pause, slow decent. To an accelerated pull up again. Upper traps pulling forcefully as a car salesman.

Elbow‑to‑hip. Fire in the lats at the end. I try and keep the cable a few inches offset to the opposite side in unilateral. I feel it work the lat more that when it parallel.

• Seated Cable Rows
130lbs — 15, 15, 15
Full resets. Tight pulls.
90‑second discipline.
Very focused movement thinking how the shoulders rotating around the ribcage. Then releasing slowly back forward letting the shoulder blades move back forward. This sets up the face pulls to hit the delts hard.

• Face Pulls
30 lbs — 20 reps × 3 sets.
Rear delts always get the pump on this.
Whole upper back gets touched.
Mid back also gets good and hot.
Last set the pump kept me at 17 full reps did partials to 20.

• Seated Cable Dumbbell Curls
90 lbs on cables, added 5lbs
Set 1–4, 12 slow, surgical reps
Set 5: 8 full reps + unknown partials until total failure. I need time after this to be able to do anything.

• Pullovers
70lb dumbbell, 3×20
Sideways on the bench, letting gravity peel the lats open.
Last set slowed down to carve width with intent. Feel it burning down almost into the hip.

• Extra Set
Spider curl
25 lbs × 3 sets
First set: 10
Then 7 to 4 pause 3, partials to fail. Hopefully I don't need to do much overhead work today.

• DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Calories: 3,275
- Protein: 302-305 + added protein powder
- Carbs: 480–520g
- Fat: 75–95g
- Sodium: 3,800–4,400mg
- Tablespoon of honey before work sets — this is working very well. I also drink an electrolytes / Aminos mix during the work.

• OVERALL NOTES
Feeling pretty good overall. Feeling full. With the eating and workouts. Going to push for a while on this see if we can put on some quality pounds. Still have abs out lines. Pants fit around the waist, not so well on the legs, have some Dr's appointment to do soon, sleep study and GI, as well as spine. I know everything will be good. As only things I need is a solid night's sleep and less pain in the neck. I can deal with the pain if they want to cut or give me pills.

After Ivan’s bodybuilding news page pushed claims about site enhancement use, Tonio snapped back on IG with a direct denial and a message aimed squarely at the source.

He called out “social media pages spreading garbage for clicks”, tagged Ivan by name, and dropped a training clip with the caption:
“This is WORK. Not oil.”

Second slide:
“Stop playing with my name.”

This wasn’t passive.
This was Tonio planting a flag three days before Pittsburgh.

• SOCIAL MEDIA PHYSIQUE UPDATES

• Andrew Jacked
New shoulder clip. Delts look carved out of stone. Fans calling it his “2026 turning point.”

• Rafael Brandão
Spotted entering a Pittsburgh gym. Hoodie on. Witnesses say he looks “big and dry.” Zero leaks from his camp.

• Blessing Awodibu
Drops a comedic peak‑week reel. No physique reveals. Engagement exploding.

• Amit (India)

• Chris Bumstead
Off‑season incline press clip trending. Not competing, but influencing Classic conversations anyway.

• PITTSBURGH PRO — FULL EVENT BUILD‑UP (UPDATED)

Event Overview
• Dates: May 16–17, 2026
• Location: Pittsburgh, PA
• Prize Pool: $416K+
• Divisions: Open, Classic, MPD, Wellness, Bikini, Figure, WPD, Fit Model

• Men’s Open. The Real Storylines

💥 Tonio Burton — The Man With Fire Behind Him
He’s pissed.
He’s focused.
He’s walking into Pittsburgh with a chip on his shoulder and the entire internet watching.

• Michal Krizanek — The Threat
Krizo’s conditioning is razor‑sharp. If he tightens the back shots, he’s a real contender.

• Rafael Brandão — The Silent Killer
Brandão is hiding everything. When he goes dark, he’s dangerous.

• Blessing Awodibu — The Wildcard
Blessing can land anywhere from 2nd to 6th depending on conditioning.
Unpredictable = storyline.

• Patrick Moore — The Return
Healthy. Balanced. Sharp.
He could disrupt the top 5.

🧠 TEAM USP (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Tonio didn’t just deny the rumor, he punched back.
This is the exact energy you want from a man stepping into Pittsburgh as the favorite.
Ivan tried to stir the pot, and Tonio turned it into fuel.
Now the entire division has to deal with a fired‑up, locked‑in Tonio Burton.

Brandão is hiding.
Krizo is tightening.
Blessing is stirring the crowd.
But Tonio?
He’s walking into Pittsburgh with momentum, anger, and receipts.

TEAM USP is watching every move.

TEAM USP — DAY 3: Legs, Calves & Abs 🔥
Lower body work.

• 186.1 Lbs This morning.

• Woke up this morning before my 0445 alarm. Ash wasn't ready to get up but he is quick to go outside and see whats going on around the neighborhood. So got my Rockstar and Ash to go check it out. Came back in set him up with his high protein dog food. I hit the treadmill for 35 minutes. Always hitting the target zone. Then transition to the floor to get yoga stretches in. This morning I worked over my legs and back good to make sure I am lose. And stretches to work out my soreness in my upper back and arms. Then finishing off with my standard stretches. Listen to a very interesting video on EQ some very interesting information on how it works in the human body.

* 186.7 this morning

• Leg Press
230 lbs, Stance narrow today.
Paused reps. Smooth and controlled.
4×12, quads still not near max. With the narrow stance holding the foam block is fairly easy. Working deeper than when I started with the block. Getting a big stretch. Easy to come out the hole. I feel this is continued progress on how my legs and knees feel. Definitely will be at this for some extent of time.

• Cable Crunches
We are staying at 150lbs. Spine arched, hips pulling through.
Controlled and systemic.
And doing 6 sets . I ran this up to 15. Definitely feels good at this load. I take a solid 60 seconds to recover between sets. I was shaking hard on the last 2 sets.

• Romanian Deadlifts
120lbs, Belt tight. Hamstrings taking the load. Close to the shins, keeping head up.
10 on set one, backed down on reps after 3 going to 10 and 9. continue up. We got 2 more reps from last Leg day. Be methodically mindful. Progress is progress.

• Calf Raises
120 lbs On a 2‑inch platform, heels hanging deep.
Stretch, squeeze up, repeat. 5 sets done at 10 reps. Felt really good. Super deep burn today. Set 5 was a waddling maker.

• Hanging Leg Raises
Weighted sets with 10 lbs on the feet.
Strict, no sway. If I do, I reset balance and go again. 8 reps with a rest of 60 seconds. I was lit up in the abs. Did the 8 reps 2 more sets. Using grips to keep from wasting energy in my arms.

• Smith Machine Squats
250 lbs, narrow stance, tempo steady.
10 reps then 8 matched again for sets 3 & 4. Nice and smooth. Form feels okay with the toes pointing out a bit. The foam is being used. Not getting full depth. But we also jumped 20lbs. Insides of my thighs are burning.

• Hack squat started this off light as the finish touch. 150, 3 sets neutral stance, toes pushed down 12, 10, 10. quads good and hot. Do not think I should hit this narrow after everything else. As my inside thighs are loud! Foam box is still in play. Got down pretty deep.

• Daily Totals
- Calories: ~3,150
- Protein: ~310g
-Fats:~80–95g
- Sodium ~ 3,250 –3,950
- Carbs: ~400–450 Moderate‑high (ideal for recovery)
- Fats: Controlled, mostly from eggs + almond butter

• Notes of the Day

For sure, I smoked my legs. Will be a fun day tomorrow. Waddling show in coming! I already am thinking about stretching out tomorrow morning and how good it will feel. Overall it was a good day. Got extra cardio in with Mrs Creeper for 45 minutes at a minimum of 6 full reps from her. 😘 Definitely going to need the extra protein and carbs for recovery. Then a nice cool shower to calm everything down at the end of a very hot day. Then the 4 iu of gh will help too.

May 14/2026

● BIG RAMY RETURNS WITH FIRST FULL PHYSIQUE UPDATE OF 2026
Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elssbiay broke months of silence today by posting his first full-body physique update of the year, instantly igniting the bodybuilding world.

🔥 What’s NEW
• Ramy appears leaner and sharper than anything he posted in 2024–2025.
• Quad separation is visibly improved, a major talking point since his 2021 peak.
• Shoulders and arms look rounder, suggesting recovery from past nerve issues.
• His coach commented that Ramy is “focused, consistent, and rebuilding.”
• No show announcement but the update triggered immediate comeback speculation.

● PITTSBURGH PRO

🔥 Men’s Open — The Main Event
• Tonio Burton — enters with massive momentum and a sharpened look in new training clips.
• Brandon Curry — former Mr. Olympia, showing improved midsection tightness and leg separation.
• Michal Križanek — new back-day footage shows extreme width and improved dryness.
• Blessing Awodibu, Rafael Brandão, Patrick Moore, Wellington Baptista, Nathan Epler, Ronald Gordon, Christopher Miller, and more.
☆ Why Pittsburgh matters
• One of the highest-paying shows of 2026.
• A major Olympia qualifier.
• No Derek Lunsford. No Nick Walker.
• The throne is empty.
• The guest posing is going to be the show!
This is the first true power shift show of the season.

• SOCIAL MEDIA PHYSIQUE UPDATES

• Tonio Burton
Fuller chest, tight midsection, confidence peaking.

• Brandon Curry
Posing-room still shows improved separation and veteran polish.

• Michal Križanek
Back-day clip shows freak width and drier conditioning.

• Erin Banks
Men’s Physique posing video — shoulder caps and taper locked in.

• Lauralie Chapados
Check-in photo shows razor-sharp glutes and hamstrings.

OTHER VERIFIED NEWS

•Jose Raymond predicts Derek Lunsford wins 2026 Olympia
Raymond says Lunsford exposes both Samson and Andrew in different poses. I only see it from the back double. But the guys have changed.

• Andrew Jacked trainer commentary sparks discussion
A former trainer claimed on YouTube, Muscle Discord, and was echoed by Ivan Bodybuilding News that he has not been paid for past work with Andrew.
This is trainer-side commentary, not an official media report.
Andrew has not responded publicly.
• I watched it. He seems very cocky. As well as he turned down money and a Rolex. And wasn't clear up front what he wanted. I see power grab bs.

🧠 TEAM USP (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Ramy dropping a physique update today is a shockwave not because he’s stage-ready, but because it proves he’s not done. The lines are back. The quads are back. The hunger looks real. That alone shifts the energy of the entire season. So does he pull the trigger? And when?
Or is he just missing the stage?
Pittsburgh...
That’s a battlefield waiting to explode.
Tonio has the momentum. Curry has the pedigree. Križanek has the mass.
But the real story is simple.
This is the first major Open show of 2026 where nobody owns the crown.
No defending champ. No clear alpha.
Somebody is about to rewrite their career in real time.
My read...
If Tonio sharpens even slightly, he becomes the problem. And back to back winner
If Curry nails conditioning, he becomes the professor of how many shows can you do!
If Križanek nails down posing, he becomes the disruptor. And a force to be reckoned with.

The season starts now.
TEAM USP will be watching every frame.

Okay the hole will have to wait till tomorrow the ground is clay and my legs are not okay with this idea. Still feeling pretty good just not digging a hole good. Hopefully I can put something really cool together with / for Evo. Should stay tuned for that news. When and if it gets traction. Iykyk. —🤙🤙🤙

🧠 TEAM USP (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
This weekend is the first true pressure-cooker of the 2026 season.
The energy around Pittsburgh feels different hype, not noise, but intent. The guest posing will be awesome with some mid season looks!
Tonio looks locked in. Brandão looks dangerous. Blessing is unpredictable but always dialed in. Patrick is the dark horse nobody wants to stand next to. Križánek is the wildcard with mass that can flip a lineup upside down. Don't know if he can make meanwhile changes to his presentation in a week. We will see!

Tomorrow morning, the sport resets.
No more talk. No more speculation.
Just lights, stage, and truth.

TEAM USP will be watching

🏆 TEAM USP — PITTSBURGH PRO 2026

MEN’S OPEN PREJUDGING — TOP 6 (UNOFFICIAL CALL‑OUT MOMENTUM)
(Based on live prejudging flow, comparisons, and athlete condition as seen in the official Day One galleries + live text updates.)

• TOP 6 — PREJUDGING ORDER & MOMENTUM READ

1️⃣ Tonio Burton — USA
Most center time. Hardest, driest, most complete on stage. NY Pro momentum carried straight into Pittsburgh. Midsection tight, back shots? Still tight in my eyes.

2️⃣ Michal “Krizo” Križanek — Slovakia
Huge, round, freak factor high. Better separation than NY Pro. Still loses on detail to Tonio but pushed him in every mandatory.
Very much improved posing.

3️⃣ Brandon Curry — USA
Best shape he’s shown in two years. Fuller than NY Pro, better legs, classic silhouette. Not as sharp as Tonio/Krizo but undeniable presence.
Locked for top‑3.

4️⃣ Rafael Brandao — Brazil
Aesthetic king. Beautiful lines, great flow, but not as grainy as the top three. Still a standout in side poses.
Firmly in the 4‑spot.

5️⃣ Blessing Awodibu — USA
Biggest surprise of prejudging. Much improved legs, better balance, posing sharper. Conditioning still behind the top 4 but massively better than early‑season looks.
Top‑6 lock.

6️⃣ Patrick Moore — USA
Classic shape, great silhouette, but out‑massed by the top group. Good enough conditioning to stay in the first two callouts.
Holds the 6‑spot.

🧠 TEAM USP (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
This prejudging was a war and the center never lied. Tonio came in like a man who wants back‑to‑back wins. Krizo is the only one who could match his size and presence as well as possibly beat him, but Tonio’s detail is the separator. Curry is the best he’s been in a long time, but the new era is pushing hard. Brandao is art, Blessing is redemption, and Patrick Moore is holding his line in a stacked lineup.

• Finals will be a bloodbath but Tonio is in the driver’s seat still. Who will fade who will add details?

DAY 1 — PUSH WORK
CHEST | SHOULDERS | TRIS

• Welcome back fam. Back to it again. 0430 Mr Ash and I are ready to get moving. Rockstar in hand, we do the daily morning routine and he sniffs the yard, I watch whats going on around the neighborhood then we take turns!? He gets his blanket on the couch. I head into the garage to start walking on the treadmill for 45 minutes running up heart rate 125-135. Had to do a slight jog to get to my target zone. Then straight into yoga stretching, got a few more movements to do. Trying to match the day with stretches. As routine I go straight into my traditional stretches. Today I have a yard work to get done plant trees. So transition the gym to get some warm up sets in movement locked. Feeling good now. Loose and ready to make some shit happen.

*WORK SETS

• Dumbbell Bench Press
12–18 reps × 5 sets
Today we will jump as brother Lev was looking for. 15 clean reps, locked‑in form, chest tight and squeezed. As always I focus from deep stretch, to acceleration increases out of the hole to the top. Slowing down to imagine that clamping force in the chest. Grooy pump this morning already on set 3 of 15 dropped back to 12 then 11 with some pitiful partials to fail +6ish, rested a full 3 minutes

At this point chest is feeling swollen 😁

• Triceps Rope Pushdowns — 60 lbs.
10–15 reps × 4 sets
Definitely at 15 reps. I can really feel this weight. I was a bit higher before we will work up. Focus sharp, feeling them contractions from top to bottom, keeping the pace going. But on the contraction movement I pushed with a slower movement, then slow accent back. On a 4 count. Hit 10 on the rest of the sets. Tri's are starting to match the chest.

• Cable Lateral Raises
12–18 reps × 5 sets
Cross‑cable setup we are at 12.5 lbs. We are going to bump this 2.5 Hitting 15 reps first set. No changes in tempo. Adjusting stance to hit all the fibers in the shoulders by being forward, neutral and behind. From set 1 to set 5, 10 reps on the rest. I do one front delt set, as they get work in flys and presses.

• Seated Overhead Dumbbell Press (Arnold Press)
8–12 reps × 5 sets
Bench nearly vertical, 25lb. First set 15 reps, then to 11's finished off strong at 13. No shoulder pains at all, did have tightening didn't want to blow something up. Can see that the caps are looking fibrous.

• DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Calories: 3,550
- Protein: 340g
- Carbs: ~460–480g
- Fat: ~85–100g
- Sodium: ~3,800–4,800mg
- Meals: 6 total
- added a extra cup of rice to the cooker. Going to be an extra 145 grams of carbohydrates. I blender up 4 cups of cooked rice with water till very smooth. Normally around 48 Oz of water then use that to make shakes. Quick and easy carbs.

• OVERALL NOTES
Today I am trying to get done early. I have to check in for the sleep study @630. They will let me go at 0600? I'm normally up way before then. So not sure about that situation. This needs to get done. So I am happy to get some answers and some help with sleep.
I didn't get my log done in time as we had company come over. Will fallow up with that later.

DAY 2 — PULL | BACK • BICEPS • REAR DELTS

This morning was a bit messy. I was up 0430 covered in probes. Had the nurse come in and unhook me from the monitor equipment for the sleep study. This wasn’t a how good can you sleep event. At 0120 the main tech came in and asked me to put a mask on to get readings. Know beforehand if this happened it is conformity that I have sleep apnea. No surprise. As with anything new to a sleep habit it was fucked. A nose piece on with someone else at the controls making adjustments. If you open your mouth you sound like a bull dog hanging his lips out the window. Eventually I was able to nod of for a bit. It was more of a quazi sleep state than anything. So to say the least not feeling so Creepy today. I did pre load my morning shots and that was enough of a boost to get my groggy ass to the car. For... you already know if you read my log. The Rockstar zero. Getting on my way home. 30 minute drive, Got to the front door Mr Ash knew I was home. At this point I knew it was a second Rockstar day. Ash did his normal primary sweep, everything was good in the hood. I tried to keep focused Ash got his blanket I hit the treadmill 15 minutes was all I was going to give today. And the rest of the day was gonna be off so I took it light.

*190.0 lbs this morning!?

• Bent‑Over Barbell Rows
50lbs — 15, 15, 15
I was thinking about what I have here. It's 2 x 25 plates plus the 45lb bar. Really 95lbs. We are at 125, really on a normal day. So load light. Still lock in form and get it done, bar path clean, belt tight, going through the reps.

• Lat Pulldowns (half a grip wider than shoulders + Unilateral)
100 on the stack • 50 for uni
Natural ‑to‑narrow rotation for 16–18 reps across 6 sets. Well but today I just did uni for 3 set
Unilateral rounds to 20
Elbow‑to‑hip. Fire in the lats at the end. I was drifting in though in thoughts. I had the podcast on with @catdadironman. I did find some strength in listening to his story. I am sure some one has told you. But thank you brother for being real and honest its hard to deal with the mind and alcohol. And be able to come out of that better!

• Seated Cable Rows
90 lbs — 15, 15, 15
Full resets. Tight pulls.
90‑second discipline.
Thinking very hard to control movement. Thinking how the shoulders rotating around the ribcage. Then releasing slowly back forward letting the shoulder blades move back forward. This is way harder with a few hours of sleep and I don't want to. Then still isn't shit to what people I am getting to know have been through.

• Face Pulls
30 lbs — 20 reps × 3 sets.
I didn't move the weight on this. Its not overload anyway
Whole upper back gets touched.
Mid back also gets good and hot.
I was able to get this fully done as my back did not really get to hit earlier.

• Seated Cable Dumbbell Curls
50 lbs on cables, we were at 90
Set 1–4, 12 slow, surgical reps
Set 5: 12 full reps + 3 then unknown partials until total failure. I needed time after this. Gassed out pretty bad.

• Pullovers
70lb dumbbell, 3×20
Sideways on the bench, letting gravity peel the lats open.
Last set slowed down to carve width with intent. I really enjoy this exercise. I refuse to back off this one. With that I am done. And smell Mrs. Creeper doing breakfast for me. She is there when I need it the most!

• Extra Set
Spider curl
* not today satan!

• DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Calories: 3,275
- Protein: 302-305 + added protein powder
- Carbs: 480–520g
- Fat: 75–95g
- Sodium: 3,800–4,400mg
- Tablespoon of honey before work sets. I also drink an electrolytes / Aminos mix during the work.

• OVERALL NOTES—

Really it was about getting this test done and over. I will be getting a c–pap machine soon. I feel its going to change a lot for me. I won't take the sleeping pills they gave me. It's a antidepressant. I already add enough chemicals to myself. The best will be getting a full night sleep. If you are reading this and struggling with sleep on or off cycle. Don't think you will go very long with how much this will effect you in everything you do. As you can see. I'm a dumb ass powering through. But most would skip this on 2 hrs of sleep. Don't put it off do the test!

🥇 MICHAL “KRIZO” KRIZANEK WINS THE 2026 PITTSBURGH PRO

Krizo walks into Pittsburgh one week after losing NY Pro… and reverses the outcome.
He beats Tonio Burton in the rematch and takes the Men’s Open title with sharper condition, fuller muscle bellies, and stronger stage control posing. (Still a bit shaky)

Men’s Open Final Placings
• Michal Krizanek — Winner
• Tonio Burton — 2nd
• Brandon Curry — 3rd
• Sasan Heirati — 4th
• Blessing Awodibu — 5th
• Notes:
Krizo dominated comparisons from the first callout. The announcers were calling it all Tonio I didn't see it that way. Tonio still looked dangerous but Krizo’s density and dryness sealed it with his improved posing. Curry steady, polished, but outgunned. Sasan was peeled and the best condition out of everyone there. It seems like he is like Hadi never far off from perfect peak.

🏆 DIVISION WINNERS — FINALS

• Men’s Open — Michal Krizanek
• Classic Physique — Niall Darwen
• Men’s Physique — Kyron Holden
• Women’s Physique — Paula Ranta
• Wellness — Daniele Mendonça
• Figure — Natalia Soltero
• Bikini — Lauralie Chapados
• Fit Model — Shealynn Burnett

🔥 DEEP CUT FINALS NOTES

Classic Physique — Niall Darwen Takes It Clean
Darwen’s structure + conditioning = undeniable.
Diego Garavito and Chen Kang rounded out the top 3.

Men’s Physique — Kyron Holden Back on Top
Kyron beats Ali Bilal and Edvan Palmeira with a tighter waist and better flow. That was a shock.

Women’s Physique — Paula Ranta Dominates
Ranta’s shape and conditioning were unmatched.

Wellness — Daniele Mendonça Wins Big
Deep lineup, but Daniele’s lower-body density carried the day.

Figure — Natalia Soltero Claims Another Title
Precision posing, crisp lines — textbook Figure.

Bikini — Lauralie Chapados Adds Another Win
Flow, balance, and stage presence — she’s in Olympia form early.

Fit Model — Shealynn Burnett Takes Gold
Cleanest presentation of the night.

🎯 NEXT SHOWS TO WATCH
• Toronto Pro
• Empro Classic Spain
• Omaha Pro
• Midwest Championships

🧠 TEAM USP (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Krizo needed this win and he delivered. This wasn’t a small correction from NY Pro; this was a statement. Tonio is still surging, but Krizo just reinserted himself into the Olympia conversation with authority. He has work to do to beat the big boys.
Classic Physique is getting deeper. Niall Darwen is the real deal and he’s not done.
Lauralie looks like she’s peaking early, and Kyron Holden is back in championship form.
Pittsburgh Pro delivered exactly what we needed: clarity, momentum, and storylines heading into the summer run. The the guest posing... Dam... did Sampson impress me! He was massively improved in his legs, Jacked looked great. Derek was ummm fat...not taking away from him but he has a ways to go. Sommerfeld was big. And said he is going to open!? Wesley was huge too not diced. Was a great showing!

TEAM USP is watching every move.

Lower body work.

• Today starts like most, definitely better than yesterday. And got 6.75 hrs of sleep, only waking up 2 times was good. I do think the 20 mg of melatonin was a big help. I normally take 5. Still 0430 my eyes open do my shots and put on the robe and some sweats Ash and I make a pit stop for the all important Rockstar zero. Unfortunately today was cold and raining at a good clip so we did do our perimeter sweep we normally do. Ash wanting no part of the cold rain. So he grabbed up his blanket and I put on some dogo tv for him. We head to the dungeon. Today was chilly enough I needed a sweater. I would not be surprised if it snows again. Started with a slow walk just to get heat and movements going. Bringing it up to a slow jog for 40 minutes at that pace. Went to the yoga stretching. Working over Leg mobility. I can tell its going to be a long rain day. Fishing off with traditional stretches. Then set up for my warm up sets.

* 189.6 this morning trending up!

• Leg Press

230 lbs is where we were, so now back to 6 plates or 270 Stance neutral today.
Paused reps. Smooth and controlled.
4×12, quads still not near max. But this isn't a bad place With the neutral stance holding the foam block is still challenging. Working deeper than when I started with the block. Getting a big stretch. Easy to come out the hole. This is continued progress on how my legs and knees feel. Maybe after adjusting to the load we will add more.

• Cable Crunches
We are staying at 150lbs. Spine arched, hips pulling through.
Controlled and systemic.
And doing 6 sets . I ran this up to 15. I take a solid 60 seconds to recover between sets. I started shaking hard on set 3 the last 2 sets were a test of will power. And not great form.

• Romanian Deadlifts
120lbs, Belt tight. Hamstrings drawn tight. Close to the shins, keeping head up.
10 on set one, backed down on reps after 3 going to 10 and 9. We got same reps as last time. Be methodically mindful. Progress is progress. It's never fast.

• Calf Raises
120 lbs On a 2‑inch platform, heels hanging deep.
Stretch, squeeze up, repeat. 5 sets done at 10 reps. Front of the shin was being pissy and started crampinga bit on the left. Set 5 was a waddling maker.

• Hanging Leg Raises
Weighted sets with 10 lbs on the feet.
Strict, no sway. If I do, I reset balance and go again. 9 reps with a rest of 60 seconds. I was lit up in the abs. Did the 8 reps, 2 more sets. We got one extra rep here.

• Smith Machine Squats
250 lbs, neutral stance, tempo steady.
10 reps then 8 matched again for sets 3 & 4. Nice and smooth. Form feels okay with the toes pointing out a bit. The foam is being used. Not getting full depth. Looks and feels deeper than before.

• Hack squat started this off light as the finish touch. 150, 3 sets neutral stance, toes pushed down 12, 10, 10. quads good and steamy. Foam box is still in play. Got down pretty deep. Shin is still barking 😑

• Daily Totals
- Calories: ~3,250
- Protein: ~310g
-Fats:~80–95g
- Sodium ~ 3,250 –3,950
- Carbs: ~425–480 Moderate‑high (ideal for recovery)
- Fats: Controlled, mostly from eggs + almond butter

• Notes of the Day
It turned out to be a rain day all day. Had a snow mix and a freeze warning in effect for tonight. So have to cover some of my plants up. Colorado has officially started some kind of substance abuse problem. It is Mother's day that its normally safe to plant everything. 🤷‍♂️ So I think its the humidity but definitely cramping up today was an issue. Had a couple people ask me if I was okay. I thought I was going good. Lol. Nope just Leg day. Mrs Creeper had the rainy day blues. I don't really understand depression. I just try and listen to the problem. Not suggesting how to fix it. Just try and be there for her. I thought at first you can just un fuck yourself like I do and get after myself or her that just makes it worse. It's way more thoughtful to listen or to be heard in some. Unlike my bullheaded thoughts of you can fix anything with logic.

🧠 TEAM USP — CREEPER’S THOUGHTS (NEW VERSION)
The Olympia picture just got a whole lot clearer and a whole lot uglier for anyone not holding a trophy. The auto‑qualifiers sit on a throne nobody else can touch, and every 2026 show winner is already packing for Vegas. Everyone else? They’re fighting for scraps in a season that’s moving faster than they are.
Classic Physique just became a warzone. Wesley Vissers punching his ticket at the Arnold means the top of that division is now a three‑headed monster with Sommerfeld, Ramon, and Urs (questionable)already locked in. Anyone pretending they’re “in the mix” without a win is lying to themselves.
Bikini? Ashlyn Little being the reigning Olympia champ changes the entire energy. Lauralie winning Pittsburgh doesn’t just qualify her it puts pressure on Dorie and Maureen to show up sharper than ever. That division is about to get political, competitive, and personal.
Men’s Open is the most violent it’s been in years. Krizo and Tonio are already in. The Olympia Top 3 are already in. That leaves maybe one or two real opportunities for the rest of the division to survive. Curry, Blessing, Sasan they’re not “chasing points,” they’re chasing oxygen.

This season isn’t just hype. It’s about math.
And the math is telling the truth:
If you don’t win, you don’t go.

* Thats if I did this all correctly. There is possible errors and will fix them when I go back through everything. Or if anyone sees something I over looked.

TEAM USP will be watching
