Killa session with Kirk @ my gym. The Power Squat effort was HEAVY. As in I was worried about my boots coming off the edge of the foot plate (I even managed to fall off warming up with 205kg)

Tuesday
Feeling the effects of yesterdays monster session. Kirk messaged me about it too lol
Seated Barbell Press
to 107.5kg/236.5lbs x F (poor set up) then x 4 reps

Saxon Bar work
Singles today. Doubles next time and triples the time after
Usual warm ups. To 107.5kg/236.5lbs x 6 x 1 reps

Tricep Pressdowns on Lat Pulldown Machine
17p plus a 1/2 stacker added plate+ (eqv to 105kg/231lbs)

Pump Set on MA Machine
stack x 20 reps

Standing Wrist Curls
to 85kg x 8 reps

Bwt: 324lbs

Friday
Stay on the plan... forever telling the 'team' (Kirk, Chris and Ken) to do so. So we ALL went off plan. Kirk D to a new PB 170kg at 84kg bwt (so double again - same as last year when he did 160kg at 78kg bwt). Ken's week off and he did a 120kg. Chris tweaked his shoulder Monday and did 100kg (best to date). And even, having done the plan did 185kg/407lbs just cos :D

Iso Pulldowns
to 75kg a side, 1 arm at a time (nice stretch) x 8 reps

Close Grip Bench Press
to 152.5kg/336lbs x 5 x 3 reps (paused all 3 on last set) then 170kg x 1, 180kg x 1 and 185kg x 1

3 x 3-inch Saxon Bar Reverse Curls
to 27.5kg x 1 hard reps

Bwt: 322lbs!! Down again??
