I just want to get some knowledge on the maximum doses of anavar that you have personally used and what is a recommendation of anavar that I should use myself. I'm looking to take something that will help me with lean muscle mass, body fat loss, and getting more vascularity, but something that's also mild. My stats are 40 years old, 5'10", and around 80 kg.

For a recomp stack I'd go with a classic Anavar / Testosterone Enanthate (Test E) stack as follows:
Week 1-8: Anavar: 40-60 mg/day
Week 1-8: Test E: 200-400 mg/week

As for max Anavar dosage, you really shouldn't exceed 60 mg/day without using liver protection like TUDCA.
