today was overall a pretty decent day, macros were met and lift was completed. energy was slightly lower which seems normal towards the end of the working week. strength is still climbing, endurance is still strong! i decided to drop down the HGH until some sides go away and i can start raising, i will probably split doses when i raise the dose again. MT2 is definitely working and way faster than i expected, no negative effects yet. tomorrow will be a rest day to prepare for a great leg day friday!
today was a much needed rest day, training this week has been intense but every session has been great! ready to get some extra rest in and prepare for leg day tomorrow!
what’s up everyone! every was pretty low yesterday and training was definitely impacted. i still pushed through and got my meals and training in to the best of my ability. tomorrow will be a rest day so i can catch up on some sleep and recovery. don’t forget to check out the easter sales at us-pharmacies.net (best around)
great overall rest day, caught up on sleep and recovery! meals are still going down smooth, my coach may up my intake next week. everything is still on track to complete in september!
great workout for this easter sunday! strength was great, pump was great, and endurance was great. i lost track of my macros due to holiday dinners but meals were kept clean.
what’s up everyone! hope everyone had a great day with insane training sessions. my energy was pretty good today, body is feeling beat down from the past few sessions but tomorrow is a rest day! not the best workout but the pump was great and strength was still pretty decent, i burnt myself out in the first exercise by trying to hit a PR on flat bench (i don’t train on flat bench)
coach increased my food intake again, hopefully the scale will start climbing and i can pack on some more tissue before the prep starts.
what’s up everyone! my energy and mood were pretty stable throughout the day, not the best but not the worst. that seems pretty typical at this point in the week, i caught up on a little sleep after i got off of work and rested up for the rest of the weeks training!
