Hit shoulder today. Killed. After work and being tired and hungry.
Tren is leaning out and not eating enough helps. I usually have veins all over, lats chest arms of course. Right now I have bunch in chest shoulders lats abs arms legs v area. Like 5 in chest when flexing. Not when lifting. Weight about the same bc I easily can tell im leaning out. Ill do a pic in a day or two.


Seated side raises

Arnold press
4x12. 50s
Seated reverse flip
4x16. 45s
Wide up right row with bar which 45 plus 25s on each side

I'll post more diet later. Did back today, chest yesterday.
Feeling stronger. Did great strong workouts. Shirts are tighter. Shredded and more muscular.
