Hello Y'all,

My schedule has been tight lately, but keeping fit is non-negotiable. Here's a quick home HIIT full body workout that shouldn't take up your time, especially if you are burdened with so much responsibilities at this time - like me! 😁

Oh, BTW, you don't need any exercise equipment for this one as well.

#1. Knee to Elbow (Left & Right) - 120 sec
