Ran into a buddy at the gym in the locker room and told him i want to lean out more
He suggested i do high rep and low weight for cutting
Would a rep range of 15-20 on my lifts be a good starting point and should i do machines or free weights?
everyone makes fun of me because I have a big upper body but my lower body looks like chicken legs
I was wondering if you think it would be a good strategy to implement a lot of squats, deadlifts and hammer strength leg exercises? Rather then work using machines. My new gym has all that now...
I wanted to run this heavy training strategy by you and see what you thought for my legs
Its gonna be:
5 sets squat. 1 plate first set, 2 plates 2nd set. And then 3 plates
5 sets deadlift. Same setup as above
Lunges, circle around gym with 45lb bar
Then 5 sets calves
I was wondering for someone who trains 3x per week which is the best supplements I can use all year

My plan is training cardio daily and using them
How would you dose them

I was wondering if you guys used supplements all the time
like if I walked into your house would I see a bunch of supplements sitting on the table
if so what are some of your favorites that you are using
me and my wife are now dedicated to workout together
we are going 4-5x per week and pushing each other
which supplements can we both use together that won’t cause any issues
I currently am training 4-5 x per week
I’m in my late 30’s
I just don’t feel the same as i used to when i was younger

I want to hear an honest assessment of how many of you on here are using multivitamins.
I'd never use them before and I don't feel like I've ever needed to use them
however now I am training at least five times a week and I'm worried that my body isn't getting enough nutrition from my diet
I'm looking to get on the 2 best sarms that are out in 2022
Don’t care how much they cost
Just need to know what they are and where to get them and how to use them
