My weight came in at 203.5 lbs this morning, and today’s session was hamstrings and arms. After work, I fired up the Blackstone to grill some flank steak before heading to the gym. I’ve been experimenting with different dry seasonings since I usually go with a thicker cut of flank, and I landed on a blend of chipotle powder, cumin, garlic salt, and black pepper. It gives the steak a nice smoky, chipotle-style flavor without adding any unnecessary calories. Based on where my body fat is at, I can continue using marinades for my salmon and chicken until about 8–10 weeks out.
Training has been solid overall, and I’ve noticed my fullness has remained consistent after each session, which I’m attributing to the GH and Reta combo. Appetite has been manageable on 2 mg of Reta, so I’ll keep the dose there until hunger starts to ramp up again. I have noticed a slight increase in heart rate since adding Reta, which is expected given its metabolic effects. I’m still waiting on my E2 lab results before making any further adjustments to the cycle, but based on where things stand, bumping test to 600 mg and Mast to 300 mg should be right on target.
