My weight came in at 205.4 lbs this morning, and today’s training session was focused on quads. I started the workout with the Strive incline press, which I’ve really been enjoying over the past few sessions because of the ability to adjust the resistance profile. Since chest is a dominant body part for me, I typically keep my reps in the 8–10 range, focusing on controlled execution and long-term progress. The goal is to continue building that upper shelf over time.
Diet is going well overall. I incorporated Reta at 2 mg on Friday, and my nighttime cravings have noticeably decreased, thank God

. Based on progress photos and feedback from a training partner at the gym, my current body composition is looking solid. He suggested increasing food intake while keeping cardio the same to see if fat loss continues. For now, I’m choosing to play it safe by keeping calories relatively low so I can come in early and gradually increase food as we get closer to the show.
