Dude! Be careful what you read online. Even the most advanced bodybuilders would not go as high as 125 mg/day for dear of damaging their liver.

If you want to do a solo cycle, then you should take between 20-50 mg/day of Anavar, ideally 30 mg/day over a 6-8 week duration should suffice. Split your daily dosage into two and take in the morning and evening.

But I'd advice you start with 30 mg/day for 3 weeks, check for sides then titrate up to 40-50 mg/day for the remainder of the cycle (don't exceed 8 weeks per cycle).

In addition, don't forget to add liver protection with TUDCA and also plan for PCT with either Clomid (50 mg/day: wk 1-2, 25 mg/day: wk 3-4) or Nolvadex (40 mg/day: wk 1-2, 20 mg/day: wk 3-4).
