• No Alarm today, up at 0400. I was a tired again. 6hrs 55min (Had trouble falling asleep again) but numbers are up running Cpap. The kids were messing about again. I asked them to shut it down, in a calm direct eye contact way. They were very understanding. Or they could tell I wasn't having it.
Other than that feel pretty good!

Mr. Ash was out cold, sleeping away on his back, I woke him up letting him out of his kennel. He gave a big stretch dragging his back legs out, I gave him his nose kiss. He jumped in bed with mom 😕 so....I grab my rock start and I go outside to do the show. I do the normal perimeter sweep. Water the chickens and plants, we got another 10 anabolic buttnuggets this morning. I am waddling around feels off with out Ash making fun of me. The Creeper's dungeon is needed! I started off walking the treadmill for 10 min to a slow jog for an other 25 minutes. Started to tighten up, the humidity has been high the last few day's. Transitioning to the floor I took my time and stretching out every angle I can on my legs. Stretch out my back really well. Finished off with my old school standard stretches. Then as customary now on rest days I normally do some push up's and pull up's. So to start, on my bench I do my Creeper stretches. Letting weight hang in my hand rotating in a small circles. Let it pull on everything in the shoulder. At 30 lbs. Switched out and do both sides. Doing 4 or 5 sets of this helps let the tension out of the shoulders.

* Then set up with yoga blocks and did 15 push up's. Everything seems smooth and controlled. Did 15 more shoulder is coming back.

* Pull up's – today, the belt again with 25. And was able to do 5 pretty easily. Took a rest and... pull off 5 more. Rest.... 8 more... 5x2 and a 8 stall w 25lb plate.

* I started doing what I call goose curls. If you know how to do a normal curl. Rotating wrist down to the ground. 20lbs. Keep wrist bent. Curl up letting the bar sit in the hook of the fingers and curl up allowing the wrist to be pulled down as you curl up to 80% or so. You do this right all forearms. 10 reps X 5 sets. = Freak forearms

• Notes of day
• 193.2 this morning.
Super muggy day, just enough rain to get the air sticky. Heavy water and electrolytes are the plan for days like this. Grinding out the day of diagnostic work. Mostly electric problems that no one wants the mess with. For me its normal work. Speaking with one Co - worker. My talking health stuff he went to his doctor and jumped on sema. Good for him. We made a positive change in someone's mind. I did ask if he wanted to do some workouts. But that didn't go far. Think he is a bit intimidated yet. We will keep trying Team USP style!

🔥 TEAM USP BODYBUILDING NEWS 🔥 July 29/2026

• NICK WALKER — TAMPA PRO FINAL PHYSIQUE DROP (NEW COACH, NEW LOOK)
Nick Walker has officially taken over the last 24 hours of the bodybuilding news cycle.
His final physique updates before the 2026 Tampa Pro are now circulating across all major outlets.

Verified movement:
• New coach ×6?
• Back double‑bicep = denser, thicker, sharper than any previous season.
• Best biceps in ifbb right now?
• Back lat spread showing major width increase
• Analysts calling this his best Olympia‑qualifier look ever
• Walker expected to secure his 2026 Mr. Olympia qualification at Tampa

TEAM USP Interpretation:
Nick is peaking at the exact right moment.
This is the most dangerous version of him since 2022. And the smallest waist I have seen since he got huge.

• HADI CHOOPAN — MASSIVE OFF‑SEASON WEIGHT SPIKE
Hadi Choopan is sitting roughly 20 pounds heavier than his previous off‑season benchmarks.

Verified movement:
• Size increase confirmed
• Midsection control debated
• Structural conditioning still elite
• Coaches emphasize he’s maintaining classic Hadi hardness

TEAM USP Interpretation:
Hadi is pushing mass hard — but still holding shape.
This is a risky but potentially lethal off‑season strategy.

• SAMSON DAUDA & ANDREW JACKED — V‑TAPER REBUILD PHASE
Both athletes have shifted away from blockier looks and are now showing dramatic V‑tapers and sweeping quad lines.

Verified movement:
• Dauda: tighter midsection, wider upper body detail coming in
• Andrew: improved quad sweep? better shoulder‑to‑waist ratio
• Both showing contest‑ready silhouettes in gym check‑ins

TEAM USP Interpretation:
These two are quietly building Olympia‑level shapes while everyone watches Nick.

• WESLEY VISSERS — OLYMPIA PREP IN FULL MOTION
Wesley Vissers continues his 2026 Mr. Olympia prep following standout showings at the Detroit Pro and Arnold Classic USA.

Verified movement:
• Latest updates show excellent balance
• Improved back detail
• IMPROVED lats!?
• Classic lines remain untouched
• Aiming to break into the top tier of Classic Physique

TEAM USP Interpretation:
Wesley is the most structurally complete Classic athlete not yet in the top 3.
This prep could change that.

• WEEKEND CONTEST SCHEDULE — TAMPA EXTRAVAGANZA + 10X GRAND PRIX
NPC Tim Gardner Tampa Extravaganza
July 31 – August 1, 2026
Divisions: Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Men’s & Women’s Physique, Bikini, Fitness, Figure, Wellness

NPC Worldwide 10X Grand Prix
August 1, 2026
Divisions: Bikini, Classic Physique, Figure, Men’s Bodybuilding, Men’s Physique, Wellness

TEAM USP Interpretation:
This weekend is a qualification bottleneck.
Expect multiple new pros and major physique reveals.

🧠 TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)

Nick Walker is the gravitational center of the sport right now, everything is orbiting his Tampa Pro peak.
Hadi is pushing mass like he’s trying to rewrite his own blueprint, I hope it works for him.
Dauda and Andrew are carving out dangerous silhouettes. Sampson is looking like Ronnie!
Wesley is quietly building a Classic threat.
And Tampa weekend is about to blow up the season.

Gear beamed aboard, throw the science officers robe on and Ash bolts down stairs He is waiting for me at the fridge, I give him breakfastand some water and I take my supplements with my Rockstar zero.... We do our perimeter sweep, water the yard. Collect buttnuggets, 6 this morning? It has been super hot. Probably why egg count slipped. Took Ash back upstairs to snuggle with Mrs. Creeper. I hit the Creeper dungeon Turned on some background music, Started on the treadmill walking for 10 then bump it up to the jog hitting the target zone for 25 minutes. Start doing my yoga stretches getting everything loose and limber. So far feeling well. No major stress issues. So into work started off with my Creeper stretches slow circles with a 30 lb dumbbell on the bench at an angle to let the weight pull on the shoulders and warm.

* 192.8 this morning

*WORK SETS

• Dumbbell Bench Press 12–18 reps × 5 sets @ 70lbs
18 clean reps, locked‑in form, chest tight and squeezed disrespectfully. I focus from deep stretch the weight just hanging on the pecks. From the bottom acceleration increases out of the hole to the top. To a center convergence. Slowing down to imagine and feeling squeezing the chest as tight as you can before cramping. On set 3 dropped back to 12 then 11. Then 10. We stay even in the book. We will work on adding some reps.

• Incline Dumbbell Flyes — 15°
10–15 reps × 4 sets 15lbs. Full stretch, slow squeeze. 15 reps on set 1. On set 2 did 14, then 13 on the rest of the sets. We gained 2 from last go around. I focused on keeping tempo in time. Then on the decent slow and controlled pause at maximum stretch. Feeling it pull on the chest open up really getting deep on the arms with a small bend at the elbows. I try and exhale slowly coming down letting gravity pull it open.

• Triceps Rope Pushdowns — 60 lbs.
10–15 reps × 4 sets
Working load for now. Focused, feeling the contractions from top to bottom, keeping the pace. To keep time under tension. On the contraction movement I push with a slower movement, then slow accent back. On a 4 count on both movements. Set 3 hit 14, then 13. We are even.

• Cable Lateral Raises
12–18 reps × 5 sets, 10 reps done instead.
Cross‑cable setup we are at 10lbs. Controlled in tempo. Adjusting stance to hit all the fibers in the shoulders by being forward, neutral and behind. And didn't seem to bother any. We are staying even in reps. I do say it was burning good.

• Seated Overhead Dumbbell Press (Arnold Press)
8–12 reps × 5 sets
Bench nearly vertical, 30 lbs up and all sets at 12 reps, nothing seems to be hitching in the movement. This felt really good surprisingly. We have room.

* Extra sets Pull-Ups & Push-ups
Starting of with 15 push up's on the foam blocks. Jumping straight into pull up's got 15, back to the floor for 15 push up's. Straight back to the pull up bar for 15 at a stall. No pain felt just tightened up a bit.

* Then more Creeper stretches.

• DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Calories: 3,400—3,750
- Protein: 340g
- Carbs: ~460–480g
- Fat: ~85–100g
- Sodium: ~3,800–4,800mg

- I blender up 4 cups of cooked rice with water till very smooth

* Notes of the Day
Well my Family we made it to Friday, Got some much needed down time planed for this weekend’s events. No phone no bs. Till Sunday evening. Watch my shows catch up yard work. Spend time with the family. I got Ash and Tobias hanging out together. When its just us everything is calm. My daughter worries Ash will eat him, sure its possible. But its because everyone is freaking out that keys him up. But now Ash is chilling and Tobias is randomly attacking him and he is fine. Not freaking out at all. They will be besties in no time with some more Dad play time. 🤷🫡
The kids will be gone doing stuff we will get more time in so the dog and cat will be good.

🔥MEN’S OPEN — TAMPA PRO 2026🔥
Nick Walker delivered the performance fans have been waiting for. A perfect 10‑point scorecard, flawless execution, and the most complete look he’s brought since his early Olympia surge. If you were excited for this show, you had every reason — Walker walked in with pressure and walked out with dominance.
Still my one thing if Nick could hear me or read this. Bruh.... Smile it will help you, I know you enjoy this sport, show everyone that. Bring the battle face prejudging. Smile in the finale. You have everything to smile for!

• Conditioning & Aesthetics:
Tighter waist. Sharper lines. Skin pulled tight across every muscle group. Veins crawling across lats, arms, and quads — the signature “Mutant” graininess fully activated.

• Fullness & Density:
Upper body looked inflated without spill. Arms and delts were granite. Legs held size and separation that kept him ahead in every front shot. Especially the hamstrings were cut deep. In the back shots.

•Stage Presence:
Walker hit every pose with confidence and aggression. No hesitation. No doubt. This was a statement package.

• Runner-Up: James Hollingshead — powerful, polished. Even a bit softer than China look but overshadowed by Walker’s detail and density.
• Third Place: Joe Palasios — huge frame and strong silhouette, but conditioning wasn’t sharp enough to threaten the top two. And an observation of mine he has a left side weakness / imbalance in the back shots.

Pose Breakdown:
• Front Double / Front Lat: Walker’s arms and quads swallowed the stage. Palasios had width, but Walker’s detail made the difference.
• Side Chest: The closest battle. Palasios’ chest thickness was wild, but Walker’s separation carried the win.
• Back Double: Walker’s strongest weapon — deep Christmas-tree, full lat sweep, and brutal trap density. As well as taller peaks!
• Most Muscular: Walker’s signature pose. Shoulders and arms looked carved from stone. Waist was tight and he wasn't hiding it!

• Industry Reaction:
Samir Bannout praised Walker’s symmetry.
Iain Valliere & Seth Feroce predicted the win early.
Media platforms labeled this package a direct warning shot to Derek Lunsford. He should be worried about the back double.

• WOMEN’S BODYBUILDING — TAMPA PRO 2026
Paula Ranta dominated with elite density and symmetry — Olympia qualified.
Alida Opre secured second.
Ranya Temizkan finished third.

• WOMEN’S BIKINI — TAMPA PRO 2026
Jordan Brannon took the win with crisp conditioning and stage confidence.
Mahsa Akbarimehr placed second.
Cassandra De La Rosa rounded out the top three.

• WOMEN’S WELLNESS — TAMPA PRO 2026
Camila Rodrigues claimed gold.
Danai Theodoropoulou took silver.
Pamela Rodrigues earned bronze.

• WOMEN’S FIGURE — TAMPA PRO 2026
Tamera Barrett won with balanced shape and tight conditioning.
Nicole Zenobia Graham placed second.
Elizabeth Nieder finished third.

• WOMEN’S PHYSIQUE — TAMPA PRO 2026
Amanda De Carvalho Machado dominated the division.
Sheronica Henton took second.
Rachel Daniels placed third.

• WOMEN’S FIT MODEL — TAMPA PRO 2026
Svetlana Fedkina won.
Martina Rigoli placed second.
Emma Henderson finished third.

• ROAD TO THE 2026 MR. OLYMPIA
Nick Walker is officially locked in for Las Vegas.
Samson Dauda continues dropping brutal training updates 8–9 weeks out. He is looking fucking Amazing from the front. He is probably around 320lbs if I had to guess.

• Olympia returns to the Palms Casino Resort + Orleans Arena (Sept 24–27, 2026).
IFBB qualification rulebook changes continue to tighten pressure across all divisions.

🧠 TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Nick Walker didn’t just qualify — he reclaimed his momentum. He reminded everyone why he is a top Olympia athlete. This Tampa Pro package was the version fans have been waiting for: tight waist, brutal density, and a level of confidence that screams Olympia contention. Can Sampson dial in his added size? As well for Hadi? Will Derek up his game? Nick sure did, and in my mind has a very good chance of stealing the show if there are any mis-steps by the top guys. Women’s divisions brought elite depth, especially Ranta and Brannon, making Tampa one of the strongest all‑division lineups of the season.
Hopefully we get a strong show in Atlanta as well. Hopefully James Hollingshead and re-group and get himself a W that he should have won in China.

• 0600 Up and going, Mr Ash this morning, he was crashed out. I woke him up and let him out and insisted of heading to the fridge he jumped into my side of the bed and snuggled up with Mrs. Creeper. He is starting to make a habit out of this. Or he knows when Mrs. Creeper needs the snuggle. But he is being a good boy so, I kissed my wife and kissed Ash's red nose. Charge the warp core with new crystals.

So obviously I shut down. I was tired. And got 8hr and 45min of sleep. Thats huge for me. Cpap is helping get that deep sleep rem. Been having some interesting dreams, very intense immersion in them, deeply vivid.
Water plants, yard, 6 anabolic buttnuggets this morning. set out Ash's avocado blanket out of habit just incase he comes down. Head to the dungeon I start with some stretching first. As everything feels tight. Feet are swollen!? Did yoga for 30 minutes before getting on the treadmill for 25 minutes. Did a few minutes of work on my shoulders in the Creeper's stretch then set up for warm up sets. Turned on some classic Rock this morning. Bit slow to the go.

* 193.2 This morning

• WORK SETS —

• Bent‑Over Barbell Rows (Bar 45lbs)
95 lbs total — 15, 15, 15
Back locked in place, bar path clean and planned. Feeling very easy to move, it felt so good to put a big squeeze in. Everything is feeling synchronized quickly in the upper/mid traps. I keep tempo and rhythm timed. Keeping everything in check you get the most out of this. Still feel the burn in the lats by rep 15 on the first set. Find the target angle to hit the group of muscle you want to work and stay locked. Today I went for mid back. Got a really nice pump really quickly. We stay even with the book.

• Lat Pulldowns 12 sets ( shoulder width + Unilateral) 25-15 reps.
100 on the stack, 50 for uni.
Shoulder‑to‑narrow rotation for 20 reps. Take 60 - 90 seconds Taking the time here is key. Keep the plan.
Unilateral rounds push for 20 on each side for 6 sets. Uni got 20 reps for 2 sets. Did 2 more sets, feeling okay. Went for 2 more sets, at 20 reps. We gained 10lbs staying with same reps, really felt good!

• Seated Cable Rows
100lbs 3 x sets — 15, 15, 15
Full resets, tight pulls, 90‑second resets were mandatory. Form is smooth. upper & mid traps. Slow and controlled. Thinking about the sweep from head high to hip, keeping the line straight in the movement. You will feel the load shifting out of the arms into the lats, as the shoulder blades rotating around the ribs, then into mid back under squeeze. Back and lats are working hard. Definitely pumping up like a balloon.
Gained a rep.

• Face Pulls
30 lbs. 25 reps x 3 sets
Rear delts take the hit. This is feeling good. Letting the weight pull out my arms. You can feel the shoulder blades rotating out and over then pulling together in middle of the spine. I hit 25, 24, 23. We stay even. And my back is on fire!

• Standing Cable Dumbbell Curls
60 lbs
Set 1–6 strong eccentric pull, then a very slow decent on a 4 count.
Arms are always happy to do this. Tension kept on each arm for a set. This is done in a way – hard pull up...slow on the way down. This is the shaper or the bi's peak. I enjoy dumbbells. But the tension is here constant. Get into the deep stretch on this, where the arm is behind you a bit. My arms are pumping up nicely.

• Pullovers
80 lb dumbbell — 3×20
Sideways on the bench, letting gravity peel you open. Nothing uncomfortable in this loaded. Disciplined and controlled movements. Arch the back up in extended flattening out bringing it up. This is more than a lat movement. It builds core and deep on the tri's.

• Extra sets, preacher curl
90 seconds between sets
Slow and controlled on the first 5, quicker on the second 5 to really pump the blood in.
15 lbs x 3 sets hit 10 on this, for all 3. This is the finisher.

• Pull up's, I did 5, 90 second reset . Then got 5 more. Had my 25 lbs on a belt. My back is done. Time to eat!!!!

*DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN

• OVERALL NOTES
I planned on doing nothing. I did that. I watched the Tampa Pro. And visited with the kids and wife. Some phone calls to family. But staying off the internet to just unplug for a day. Clear the mind. Don't work on projects or hobbies. Dad came by visited for a bit. Had a protein shake with dad. Lol, I know some people drink alcohol but dad will drink protein with me. Of course he was trying to talk me in to buying a gun. "It's a deal" as usual. But not today pop's
Today's high temp was 104. Where I work was 107. Man, I love warm weather but this is getting stupid.
