Bio:

I am an amateur classic physique competitor looking to compete in my second show in 2026. I have 11 years of training experience and started taking gear end of 2021. Made a lot of mistakes and got side effects due to lack of knowledge. After taking some time at TRT dose to get more education, I’m back on a true cycle to hopefully win my first show. Glad to be a part of the forum and look forward to posting my progress.

Weight went up about 0.3lbs since yesterday. Starting to really feel like I’m filling back out after an extended deficit. Strength is for sure going up. Looking to start get my weight to about 210lbs before starting prep the last week of December. My goal is to be show ready by April and compete early May.
