Hello everyone, I will be logging my winter bulk cycle using Sustanon and Deca-Durabolin.
I have been cycling for 5 years on and off, but the past nine months I have stopped training, and off of all anabolics due to an operation and recovery time.
Now that I have fully recovered my journey begins again.
I will be doing a split,
1) CHEST
2) BACK
3) OFF
4) DELTS/TRICEPS/BICEPS
5) LEGS
6) OFF
7) OFF

Yes it is supposed to be updated pictures of me for progress, but for some reason it didn’t allow again, says file too large… I must of mistaken to send that again, sorry brother, will keep trying to figure out how to download pictures of myself
