SARMS Sarms 1 week in, no results

I promised that I would follow up with an update. I’ve been on a sarms stack for 1 week
Started it exactly 1 week ago
Using lgd 4033 20 mg a day, GW cardarine 501516 20 mg a day
5 ft 10 in 216 lb and 18% body fat
1 week ago was 214 and no change in body fat
when do you think the cycle will really kick in?

you need more then 1 week to get results calm down

takes 6 weeks to feel sarms imo

I believe you have the wrong expectations as sarms and even steroids do not work in that manner. You have to have realistic expectations and understandings

No one can tell you exactly when you will start to see results but it definitely is not only in 1 week. All you need to focus on is what you can control......diet and training.

And Don't trust Jason Priest.
