Supplements pain in my knees and cracking

New member
so when I do a lot of leg exercises like leg extensions and squats my lifting partner says that he hears my knees cracking
I am not noticing them at all doing that maybe I’m just used to it but is this a problem and will it lead to more injuries down the line
is there a supplement that I can take to help lubricate my joints

do some yoga and start omega 3 and n2joint rx supplements

cracking isn't a good sign. you need to lubricate the joints
its about balance
weight training dries joints out, but yoga and mobility exercises lubes them up
