Hey guys you might know me as fatboy999 on evo or fattie999 on other forums haha. I'm 6.5 weeks into my rip cycle atm and im hoping to finish it strong haha. Heres some before and after pics. Not the greatest physique but im working on it, hopefully half as good as you guys someday. Started cycle at 78kg and im now 75, bench pr was 142.5kg and now its 147.5 (hoping for double bw bench by end of year)
daily calories atm are 2700 187g carbs 138g fat and 150 g protein. I pretty much eat steak and rice all day.
