Hey guys you might know me as fatboy999 on evo or fattie999 on other forums haha. I'm 6.5 weeks into my rip cycle atm and im hoping to finish it strong haha. Heres some before and after pics. Not the greatest physique but im working on it, hopefully half as good as you guys someday. Started cycle at 78kg and im now 75, bench pr was 142.5kg and now its 147.5 (hoping for double bw bench by end of year)
daily calories atm are 2700 187g carbs 138g fat and 150 g protein. I pretty much eat steak and rice all day. please start by sharing diet in detail meals foods when you eat them and how much

and training reps sets exercises and more
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
 
heres a light workout in the shed after a 12 hour day in my fish and chips shop haha

moderate bench upper body day, i train 6-7 days a week with a upper/lower split. Diet is currently a bowl of rice with 200 grams of rib eye steak 3-4 times a day which according to MFP puts me at 2700 calories. i havent changed my diet at all since i started the rip blend lol

just steak and rice isn't gonna work man

you need your fruits and veggies. very important to get those to get proper vitamins and minerals
 
standard meal for me on a heavy lifting day. Roast duck, noodles, roast pork, broccoli and egg
