Currently training for the 2024 ifbb season A and thought I’d share the experience with you fellas.

I weigh 93.5kgs fasted as of this morning
I’m 180cm tall
27 years old

Taking 200mgs of test E and 140mgs mast E pw split up into M,W,F,S shots

My calories are at 3647 this week with a macros of 245 protein 525 carbs and 63 fats

Training split is push, pull, legs, arms with 2x push days so training 5 days a week with Tuesday and fridays as a rest day.

Photo is yesterdays training session, the furthest section is this weeks the left side is last weeks

The numbers indicate as followed
Weight
Number of reps
And reps in reserve so 8 being 2 RIR

I’m currently on a 2 week deload hence the reps in reserve.

Also here’s a bit of a physique update

Thanks guys appreciate the support! I’ll try and post daily training updates though my physique updates will be once a week after check ins!
 
bro no tren why?!
Because it’s my second cycle ever, and I’m trying to maximise most results from the least amount so I can continue to do this for a long time I’m sure tren will be incorporated at some stage but for now I still have 37 weeks before I step on stage so no need for any tren on my growth phase brother

on the diet can you share you diet in detail, meals when you eat them how much etc

Back off set 70kg 11 reps 2RIR

Cable lat pulldowns with D handle top set 89kg 8 reps 2RIR
Back off set 75kg 8 reps 2 RIR

Cuffed uni lateral cable pulldowns top set 20kg 20 reps 2 RIR

Thanks brother just tried another photo of my diet plan let me know if you can read it! No insulin just 2iu GH before bed at this stage

Jasmine rice uncooked 160grams

Total : 889calories, 63 protein, 140 carbs, 7 fats



Meal 4

Freedom foods rice puffs 130grams

Protein powder (24 grams of protein per scoop) 1 scoop
