Wooh!!impressiveMachine and weights arrived yesterday. I might not be able to get it through the standard sized door into the home gym. So, for now (and I'll playing around at how it's put together. It's in the main bar (double doors).
Here's a before and after set of pics of a buddy who I've known more or less since I came to South Wales. My only input was on posing for a camera. Check out the detail on his side delt! If there's a negative it's a touch of gyno. But overall what a change!
