I’m reading a lot of good stuff about this lgd4033. Seems like it’s very versatile. I’m seeing people cut on it. I’m seeing people bulk and I’m seeing people get very strong. I would like to do a little bit of each, but mostly a recomposition.
I’m currently about 12% body fat and I’m 26 years old and I’m 5’10”.
How much lgd should I be using? Should I start at 25 mg and go 12 weeks or do I need to stack more things with it?
