SARMS How much LGD and RAD to help me bulk up?

Looking for your advice when it comes to LGD and RAD to help me bulk up. I'm around 5'7", 142 pounds, 23 years old, and I would like to bulk up more. I plan on increasing my protein and carbs by about 50 grams per day, but I would like to use LGD and RAD at 20mg each. Do you think this would be a good cycle, or do you have a different idea?
 
Bros, better make sure you're using umbrella. They are legit. You don't want to use fake peptides. Umbrella has everything in stock, peptides and SARMs.
 
I would do 20mg of each for 8 weeks. Then, from there, you can increase it by 5 or 10mg for the next 4 weeks after that.
 
It's a must to stack in some GW with this. I don't care what anyone says. GW will help with fat loss, but also help with your workouts itself, even if you're in a bulk.
 
I would swap in some S4 instead of LGD and run that with the rad. That is a great stack. 50 milligrams of S4 is great for bulking.
 
It's going to boil down to your diet as well. Also, I would be lifting heavy, maybe do some compound live movements or some 5x5s. That's going to be the key.
 
Dude, keep RAD at 5 mg (10 mg max) with 5–10 mg LGD, focus on eating big and training hard, and if you want clean SARMs that are actually dosed right without sketchy sources, UPsteroid is a solid place a lot of guys trust.
