today felt pretty good overall. my energy was decent throughout the day, mood was stable, and appetite is strong.

my every is still pretty good, it was a long day at work and i definitely got plenty of steps in today (and a crazy sunburn🙃)

strength was solid in the gym today, but my back was already sore before i started. looked extremely bloated today, ill keep everything the same to see if im still bloated tomorrow, if so ill adjust my dosages.

energy was pretty decent today, great chest/ shoulder workout! i had a chance to catch up on sleep after the lift so that’s always a plus to the day!

appetite hasn’t been great the past 2 days, ill drop the tbol from my cycle for a couple of days to see if thats the issue.
