my 4 daily meals look all the same

what did you expect!? I like to keep it simple :)

Diet brings me between 3200-3300 kcal
on paper
480 gr of carbs
285 grams of protein
40 grams of fat

I dress each meal with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoons evo oil and 2 grams of salt.

today I finished the 8 weeks planned.
..I have no intention of stopping.
the weights are going up and I am continually updating my max.

as training I am following the program reported at the beginning.
it seems a little stuff, but if done with the right weights you get destroyed and the 3 days of rest are all needed
