But i care about how much lean muscle i can put on

1-12 Rad-140 (TESTOLONE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

Start by reading the articles. Then look at Dylan's suggestion and be sure to use Umbrella Labs
 
LGD is a great one for size. Post up a pic if you can. Sounds like you are a pretty big dude. Just want to get an idea of body fat and if it would actually be better to cut first.
