I started cycle at 230lbs went up to 244lbs and back down into 240lbs
Overall net gain was 14lbs at first on cycle, ive settle in at 10lbs gained weight wise since i dropped 4lbs when i lowered my doses for a while, so i will go with 10lbs net gain since cycle started, currently im 240lbs
I always forget to add it in, ive been utilizing bpc157 daily for a few weeks now.
Ive been so busy with getting all the digital documents done for my new job its been keeping me plenty busy, lots to do and schedule, it is all worth it in the end.
I am excited because this job is a better work life balance and more time to put into bodybuilding which makes myself and my coach happy.
I am also playing with the idea of fasting for all my shifts which would be 4 10 hour days a week, i know the job is physical and alot of cardio, im trying to see if i can eat in a better window, if i get off at 3pm or 4pm i can try to eat all my food in a 6 hour window of time, not sure if i will do this, just depends on what my coach thinks and feels is right.
My body will be going through a hard reset which might prove beneficial over time as id have to be up by 4am and go to bed much sooner than i normally do, cardio should improve, eating all my meals should improve along with my sleep, which hopefully = better gains and progress in the gym.
The goal is Friday/Saturday/Sunday my off days hit it hard 3 days in a row since those will be my off days every week.
my cardio for now will be my job since im on my feet pushing, pulling, moving stocking loading and unloading at every stop for 10 hours, i feel that having an active job will be super beneficial for cardio, the only time im sitting is when im on the truck heading to my next stop.
This update i will be putting out my new meal prep macros and foods, as well as my leg day from tuesday.
The bulk of my calories is coming mainly from food, with 3 protein shakes topping off the last bit of calories i need to hit the 3,200 mark that my coach set.

i take taurine and i stay hydrated, not sure if it was a combination of the anavar and other factors, either way i was pleased with my workout, to make up for ditching the last 2 sets of hack squat i tossed in some 100lb dumbbell squats, as noted below, bad cramping in my quads during hack squat. I can best describe it as it felt like my legs started locking up.
