Steroids Deca versus equipoise

okay so I'm looking to do my next cycle and it will be my third cycle although the first one I did wasn't the best because I didn't know what I was doing
I’m approaching 40
I started using steroids 3 years ago
I’m 5’6’’
182 pounds
Body fat is around 10%
I'm already pretty muscular for my height, just need to push a bit more
Looking to push 190.
which one would you recommend if you had to choose between deca-durabolin and equipoise
