multivitamin

Looking to take a multi vitamin There is one at Walgreens that is only $15 and it contains 200 tablets. I also get a nice discount. Do you think this is a good product or should I seek a better brain out there

how much multivitamin does a bodybuilder need everyday? and should I be taking them before my workout, during, or after my workout entirely? let's say I was to eat a lot of food that day and a lot of vegetables but I still need to take them or would the food give me enough of them already
