And started walking on the treadmill for 10 minutes. Kicked up to a jog. That was were I tapped out. I started getting spots in my vision. This is going to be a bad one. I took a med that I have for this a ubrelvy. And went and joined Ash. It started getting worse. Thats where I ended my day hiding out in the dark. We will try again tomorrow.

• DAY 2 — PULL | BACK • BICEPS • REAR DELTS

• 0435 Up and ready, Mr Ash's yellow eyes on me ready to go. This am I feel a bit torn down. That migraine was an ass kicker, I normally can still function at a low level not this time. Glad that it's not like it was 10 years ago. Throw on the grey sweats. Get my USP gear on board of Sustanon 500 at 50mg, Primo 50mg Mast e 25mg. Throw on the robe, Mr. Ash and I do our perimeter sweep, water chickens, plants, yard, 9 eggs this morning! set up Ash with his blanket and his morning YouTube training videos. Felt I should start with some stretching first. As everything feels tight. Did yoga for 45 minutes before getting on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Going to ride the mountain bike later and run Ash. He needs it as we didn't get our afternoon walks in. Finished off with my old school stretches. Set up for warm up sets.

* 188.6 This morning

• WORK SETS —

• Bent‑Over Barbell Rows (Bar 45lbs)
95 lbs total — 15, 15, 15
Back locked in place, bar path clean and planned. Feeling very easy to move, it felt so good to put a big squeeze in. Everything is feeling synchronized quickly in the upper/mid traps. I keep tempo and rhythm timed. Keeping everything in check you get the most out of this. Still feel the burn in the lats by rep 15. On the first set. Find the target angle to hit the group of muscle you want to work and stay locked. Today I went for mids/ roms. Not getting pumped like normal. It will straighten up quick.

• Lat Pulldowns 12 sets ( shoulder width + Unilateral) 25-15 reps.
100 on the stack, 50 for uni.
Shoulder‑to‑narrow rotation for 20 reps. Taking the time here is key. Keep the plan.
Unilateral rounds pushed for 25 on each side for 6 sets. On uni sets got to set 4 and form is changing as fatigue sets in. Dropping to 19,18,17. Then a few myo reps. Not counting burn out reps. Lost 3

• Seated Cable Rows
100lbs 3 x sets — 15, 14, 13
Full resets, tight pulls, 90‑second resets were mandatory. Form is hard to keep from lat pulldowns. Slow and controlled. Thinking about the sweep from head high to hip, keeping the line straight in the movement. You will feel the load shifting out of the arms into the lats, as the shoulder blades rotating around the ribs, then into mid back under squeeze. Back and lats are working hard. Got some pump out of this. Definitely going to focus on getting water and minerals in today.

• Face Pulls
30 lbs. 25 reps x 3 sets
Rear delts take the hit. From what I already have done this is more challenging than normal. Definitely can feel the shoulder blades rotating out and over then pulling together in middle of the spine. I hit 24, 23 21. Got a few reps back to baseline.

• Seated Cable Dumbbell Curls
60 lbs
Set 1–6 strong eccentric pull, then a very slow decent on a 4 count.
Arms were happy to do this. Tension kept on each arm for a set. This is done in a way – hard pull up...slow on the way down. This is the shaper or the bi's peak. I enjoy dumbbells. But the tension is here constant. Get into the deep stretch on this, where the arm is behind you a bit. Still lacking the big pump, its a mild version today.

• Pullovers
75 lb dumbbell — 3×20
Sideways on the bench, letting gravity peel you open. Nothing uncomfortable in this loaded. Disciplined and controlled movements. Arch the back up in extended flattening out bringing it up. This is more than a lat movement. It builds core and deep on the tri's.

• Extra sets, spider curl,
90 seconds between sets
15 lbs x 3 sets hit 10 on this, for all 3. This is the finisher. Blood did come into the arms here. Feels really nice.

• Creeper's Pull-Ups, overhand
Hit bw+ a 25 plate, with grips on.
Did 6, 6, 5, failure reps not counting.

• THE Pink yoga block deficit pushups.
25 reps fast and explosive up, 3 count down, 2 count stretch, repeat. Second set my body is tapping out on me. Got good 6 in then started shaking and losing form. Did a couple partials. Took 90 seconds popped off 5 more. It's time to get some food and fluids in.

*DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN

• OVERALL NOTES
Feeling fair, definitely off a bit but I know tomorrow will be better than today. Although this morning looked pretty dry in the mirror. Bit flat, still a good look. Took Ash on a 3 mile ride with the bike. He definitely needed that. He is a happy dog blowing off his energy.

Samson Dauda Turning Up the Heat
The former Mr. Olympia is making it very clear that he's coming for redemption in Vegas. Samson dropped a new shoulder / legs workout video and continues to release Olympia-prep content showing increased size and intensity. Recent footage and training updates suggest he's prioritizing more mass while maintaining the shape that made him one of the most dangerous physiques in the sport.
TEAM USP TAKE:
The "Nigerian Lion" looks focused. More importantly, he doesn't appear to be chasing drastic changes just improving weak points and bringing a fuller version of an already elite package. Saying his is 15 lbs off of his target, for the math is a 1 lb a week.

• Derek Lunsford's Olympia Prep Rolling
Derek has also been active on YouTube and social media, continuing to release training content and prep updates. His recent videos have highlighted arm, chest, and overall growth-focused work as he prepares to defend his Olympia title.
• TEAM USP TAKE:
Derek remains the standard until someone takes the Sandow from him. He knows everyone is chasing him and he appears to be approaching this prep with confidence rather than panic.

• Nick Walker Coaching Situation Creates Buzz
The biggest discussion this week continues to be Nick Walker bringing in another coach for his Tampa Pro/Olympia qualification campaign. The move has sparked debate throughout the bodybuilding media world, with several analysts questioning whether another coaching change this close to a competition is the right move.
• TEAM USP TAKE:
Nick's physique has never been the problem. Bringing his best look to the stage consistently has been. If this coaching move helps him nail conditioning and presentation, it could be a huge story heading into Tampa.

SOCIAL MEDIA
• Hadi Choopan Fires a Shot
Hadi posted a photo standing next to Derek on the Olympia stage accompanied by a facepalm emoji.
No names mentioned.
No direct callout.
But everyone in bodybuilding understands the message.
Your interpretation is probably shared by a lot of fans. Since the 2025 Olympia result, debate has never really stopped regarding Hadi versus Derek. Many fans still believe Hadi had a strong case for the win, while others believe Derek's structure and presentation secured the title. The discussion remains one of the hottest topics in bodybuilding.
TEAM USP TAKE:
Whether you agree or disagree with the judging, Hadi clearly hasn't forgotten. The Persian Wolf looks motivated and appears to be using every perceived slight as fuel for 2026.

• Hadi Looking THICK
Multiple recent photos show Hadi looking extremely full, round, and dense during his Olympia prep. Combined with reports that he's working with extra help heading into this season, the message is clear:
He's not showing up just to place.
He's showing up to reclaim the throne.

• OLYMPIA TV COMPARISON TALK
Olympia-related comparison content this week featured discussion around:
• Samson Dauda vs Andrew Jacked
The overwhelming sentiment from commentators and fan discussion appears to lean toward Samson at the moment. While Andrew's shape, aesthetics, and structure remain elite, many observers feel Samson currently holds advantages in overall density, maturity, and stage presence heading toward Olympia season.
• TEAM USP TAKE:
Andrew Jacked has the tools to beat anyone if he arrives 100%. But if Samson brings improved conditioning with the added size we've been seeing lately, he immediately becomes one of the favorites for the Sandow.

🧠 TEAM USP — (CREEPER'S THOUGHTS)
Everybody keeps talking about a four-man race.
Derek.
Hadi.
Samson.
Nick.
But the real story right now is momentum.
Samson is training like a man on a mission.
Derek is carrying himself like a champion finely.
Nick is trying to reinvent the formula.
And Hadi looks hungry and angry.
That's a dangerous combination.
If the photos continue trending the way they are, this could be the deepest Men's Open Olympia storyline in a while.
Vegas can't get here soon enough.
