Thanks brother, yeah I need to start doing more pull ups … I tend to get lazy after the barbell rows and seated cable rows where I tend to go quite heavy… I’ll start doing pull ups first this is probably why my back is lagging, for some reason all other body parts I go rambo, then back I get lazy
