Weighed myself this morning and up to 168lbs fasted. Definelty looking bigger and workouts feel like I can go forever.

So any tips, the amount of food and carbs I'm eating, I'm shattered all the time. Feel like all I'm doing is digesting a meal to then eat another one. Much prefer fasting for most of the day as feel incredible, but drop weight too easily with this method and find it hard to get the calories in. Anyone else feel sluggish during bulking?

you should do fasting to start like 16 hour fast 8 hour refeed
you can get more protein in with shakes and bars so easier to digest

another good day push it hard

Cheers BookerTNY, much prefer fasting as a lifestyle choice, just drop weight really quick. Will keep cals high though.

Some of the weights are likely lbs, I just go by what's written on the weight, whether that be lbs or kg and write kg as a ref. Its an old style gym so everything is a squiffy.

looks good man, a lot of solid lifting

track what foods are causing you to be sluggish and try to eliminate them

100 percent hard gainer. To put any weight on I have to force feed, hence why so bloated all the time haha.

Workout today - (physio on back earlier)
30 minutes on stepper

Then done some bicep and triceps as back felt ok for these.

Tomorrow big one for the weekend. Friday night will be asleep by 9pm.
