Bros, this is the way I would set it up: - Testosterone 300 mg a week - Proviron 25 to 50 mg a day - N2Guard 5 caps a day

Proviron is definitely the GOAT. 50 mg a day works perfectly. It will help harden you up and give you great results in the gym.

You can go with 250 mg of testosterone and 25 mg of proviron. That would work for 12 weeks. You don't have to get complicated with it.
