You're not going to go wrong with TB500 at 1 or 2 mg every day and then do the BPC at 250 mcg every day. They both stack well together.

TB500 and BPC are the GOAT. I strongly recommend stacking them both. Make sure you do BPC in the actual injury as close as possible.
