I love this style of training. It's something that you can do anytime. You don't have to go to a fancy gym either.
 
Great job on this layout. It's not a workout I would personally do but it has a lot of benefits.
 
Shoulder and arm training is very important. They work great for isolation as well. I like this one.
 
This is a fun workout that anybody can do. It doesn't matter if you're new to this or you're experienced you'll get a great session from it.
