Steroids Using testosterone and proviron for 12 weeks

I'm 85 kg, 5'10", and I'm 38 years old. I'm looking to do a very simple cycle. Would like to do 12 weeks of proviron at 50 mg a day and testosterone. I'm not sure how much testosterone I should use. Should I go with a lower dose of maybe 200 or 250 mg or should I push the dosing up to 750 or 1000 mg? Or is the truth somewhere in the middle? What do you guys think? I would like to do a simple re-composition.
