Workout update

-hit full shoulders today starting with rear delts, then front delts, then side delts.
-2 exercises per delt head and smashed each one high reps to failure truly squeezing each rep to fill the delts with blood.

Training
- just hopped on test 2 weeks ago after a decent 3 month dry break. Priming my body for this growth phase. Plan to add in anadrol and deca in the next month and push weight and stregth up slowly. 2026 planning on competing mid-year and potentially doing a national show after.

Update:
Things are going really awesome week one of this cycle/growth phase. Noticeable fullness and just feeling the hard-core forearm pump all day, vascularity is increasing, physique is definitely about to explode. Tomorrow I will be crushing a full leg workout and posting full physique updates as well.
 
12/15 update

Today started week 2 of this growth phase. Felt bigger today than last monday for sure and weight gain confirms it.

Going to keep my food steady until the weight gain balances out, no need to push too fast as we can make solid gains with a slight surplus and mitigate fat gain.

Weight - 234.5 (few lbs up from last week and condition arguably looks better.

Trained chest today and as usual went for absolute failure sets, full range, not crazy amounts of sets but as many reps needed to crush each set i did.
