Putting together a strength cycle. Let me go over some of my maximum lifts. I'm 36 years old and around 107 kg.
My max bench is 150 kg.
My max squat is 175 kg.
Like to get these numbers stronger.
My cycle on planning is gonna look like this:
Tren 300 mg a week
Testosterone between 200 and 500 mg a week
Do you think this is a good dosage? I plan on starting the testosterone lower and then ramping it up and keeping the tren at 300 mg a week. Anything you would change?
