May need to drop Retatrutide dose down to 3mg a week, or up the cardio. Pretty low calories but a bit difficult to eat all meals.

Sleep is great, no trensomnia or night sweats. 120mg is working very well without sides. Water intake is consistent now, clearing 128oz daily without struggle.

Notes: Lift was really good today. Had a friend reach out to me that I hadn't spoken to since we were both in prep together and that conversation between all my sets was motivated and I got to push hard. Tomorrow is thanksgiving so I have increased my water the last 2 days to 196oz minimum so when I go off plan for the holiday, my body is used to flushing fluids, which will be needed with all of the extra sodium in the food. I'll need to switch gyms the next few days to have access to a sauna, stay low carb and keep water a bit elevated more than normal to keep the physique on the path to looking tighter.

I also hit a new low of 164.0, which is significant because this is the same weight I was when I started my last prep. however, I am significantly leaner already so it's definitely a welcome sight and sign that I've put on new contractile tissue.

With today being Thanksgiving, I did not track my food at all. One day off plan isn't going to ruin progress. I have been increasing my fluids the last few days, 196oz instead of the normal 128oz, so that when today resulted with a lot of extra sodium from all of the processed food, my body/kidneys would be used to flushing fluids out. This will help with the resulting bloat over the next few days. I also didn't go "crazy" with the meals; still prioritize protein sources, kept the carbs down to a moderate. I guess you could call it "intuitive eating", but we're back on plan tomorrow.

Weight went up slightly with my refeed the day before, but definitely feeling energized.

So I'm giving some thought to competing again soon.
Backstory:
I started prep back in April at 164lbs and cut down to 145 in 12 weeks, then after carb up, got on stage at 152lbs. I was practically in liver failure because I have a genetic condition called MTHFR deficiency, C677T variant. This genetic disorder basically means I don't make glutathione like a normal person, without getting into all of the details. I had gotten to the point that I was eating 1200 calories and doing 4-6 hours of cardio and still not making progress. I ended up being very spilt over on stage due to the back up of fluid from my inflamed liver. I have since figured all of this out and that is why I take glutathione daily. But also because of this, I am dropping weight really easily. Losing 12 pounds in 6 weeks with barely doing cardio til recently, and not struggling with food at all. In fact, I appear to be making a lot of growth particularly in my delts, biceps and triceps.

So now, I'm considering switching into a prep protocol. Pushing an hour of fasted cardio, my lift, and a 2nd cardio session (45-60min) and seeing how lean I can get by the end of December. With how easy cutting is for me (liver not inflamed, so that entire cascade of every interaction related to fat metabolism), I think I could legitimately do very well for a show. My cut is currently scheduled to end around 8-15 February. If doing a show if realistic based on body composition come the end of December, I may switch up my cycle to aim for a warm up show over the MLK holiday, and finish with a final show over the President's Day weekend in February.

I don't want to get ahead of myself though, but those are my thoughts with how this cut is going.

Notes: Shoulder pain from pressing movements still bothering me. History of torn labrum of the right shoulder. Plan is to drop weight even lower and focus on form and squeezing the contraction. Chest needs the most work on the physique.

Bloodwork coming up soon, key is to stick to the on cycle support and ensure lipids, liver, and kidneys are good, or make adjustments to supplementation, may add a nightly low dose niacin so long as A1C isn’t above 5.2. Reminder to check BP/Fasted Glucose on check in day (Sunday)

May need to drop Retatrutide dose down to 3mg a week, or up the cardio. Pretty low calories but a bit difficult to eat all meals.

Sleep is great, no trensomnia or night sweats. 120mg is working very well without sides. Water intake is consistent now, clearing 128oz daily without struggle.

The cycle you put together is really solid. I like the amount of primo and trenbolone that you're doing. It adds to the cycle but it doesn't dominate. @Andy-Just-Gyms

My goodness what a story. 1200 calories and that much cardio every day is crazy. @Andy-Just-Gyms Seems like you go all in when you want to do something. I'm glad you got it figured out.
