I managed to cut down a lot from 260 pounds to 195 pounds but I also lost a lot of strength and muscle if you ask me. I would like to bulk back. I'm currently 6'1" and my goal is to be at 215 pounds and more muscular.
How much deca would you recommend that I do? I read that 225 mg is perfect. You should go a little bit above 1 mg per every body weight that your goal is. What do you guys think for 14 weeks?
