I almost don't want this cycle to end it is going so well, but as the last week of the cycle approcaes I’m taking time to step back and appreciate the progress in the mirror. Everyone in the gym is noticing and asking me how I got to 204.6 lbs and lean. That’s up over 23 pounds since I started, and with my waist still holding at 32”!
Whenever anyone asks, I just tell them, "Hard work, dedication and a lot of drugs"
My macros are, right now about:
Calories: 3,700–3,900/day
Protein: 275–290g
Carbs: 400–450g (higher on pull/leg days)
Fats: 85–95g
Water: 3+ gallons/day
Stats:
Weight: 204.6 lbs
Waist: 32"
Strength: Increased a lot
Cardio: As good as always
Mood: Feeling good
Sleep: Like a baby
Digestion: Smooth and regular
Libido: Strong very strong
Mindset: Tunnel vision
