I apologize for the lengthy delay in posting for my recovery log, i was dealing with road closures and construction, unfortunately my gym was blocked off and closed for a few weeks time, which delayed my posting, i took an impromptu deload because of that.
Yesterday marked my official first day of my cutting phase, Cardio will be completed 5 days a week at 60 minutes a session, 300 total minutes a week.
I am aiming for walking 5ks for every cardio session so roughly a little over 3 miles a session.
Ive been deploying bpc/tb500 from peptide pro 5 days a week to combat pain or stress on my body and knee while i progress into my cut.
I ate that cardio up like a fat kid eating a piece of cake, body and knees felt great, 60 minutes done no issues at all, zero pains or aches, so far my body is doing very well on bpc/tb500.
Will report more in depth as the cardio goes along and my cut picks up speed and the log gets update more frequently throughout the weeks.
Enjoy the update everyone
