My first cycle log :
Stats ;
Currently on TRT (need it) 220mgs week with split dosage
HCG / Estrogen Support provided by my TRT clinic

Plan;
Will be running 20mgs of Dbol along with 20mgs of Tbol for 4-5 weeks along with 20mgs of Cardarine?
Will not be adding anything else unless I feel I need the estrogen help
Training :
6 days :
M=chest, shoulders & tricep
T=legs quad focus big compound movements
W= back biceps
Thur= chest shoulders biceps
Friday = legs hamstring focus
S= back biceps
Rest Sunday
Nutrition:
Maintance 2600 calories carbs 45% protein 30% fats 25%
Goal is to increase to 3k calories
