Peptides how would you stack bpc and tb500 together?

Currently 6’1’’ and 220lbs with 15% body fat. Want better recovery and pain relief.
I’m looking to get the full benefits of this peptide stack of tb500 and bpc157
my thought was this:
tb500 2mgs EOD
bpc 500mcg EOD
do that for 4 weeks then double up the dosages but do them E3D instead. What are your thoughts on doing that?
