I’m currently 10% body fat 175 lbs and 5’11”, and 24 years old.
I have a trip to Jamaica coming out and I would like to dry myself out. How much would you recommend I use if I were to go for an 8 week cycle?
A friend said he did 100mgs a day and had a lot of headaches but the results were worth it. Is their a sweet spot when it comes to dosing somewhere lower then that or should I go hard?

if you want to dry 50mgs winstrol 7caps n2guard thats all you need with masteron

Those are really good for recomposition.
