Looking to do a lean cut. I'm around 16 to 20% body fat, 218 lb, and 5 ft 11. Do you think that 400 mg Primo and 200 mg test would work for me for 600 mg total? Do you think 12 weeks would be a good cycle or do you think I should try something else?

Bros, Primo is a pretty mild option but it's weak for many people. That's why I recommend switching to Equipoise. You'll get more bang for your buck.

Definitely go with Primo 500 mg a week. I would not run it any lower. You need to run it at a strong dose.

I'll go:

Testosterone Cypionate (week 1-12): 500 mg/wk with 250 mg taken twice/week (Monday & Thursday)

- Anavar (week 1-6): 50 mg/day with 25 mg split taken twice daily

- Primobolan (week 1-12): 400 mg/week with 200 mg taken twice/week (Monday & Thursday)

- Arimidex (week 1-12): 0.5 mg eod

PCT (6 weeks)

Starting 2 weeks after my last injection of Testosterone Cypionate:

(Weeks 1-2):
- HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin): 1,000 IU eod (total of 3,000 IU per week)
(Weeks 3-6):
- Nolvadex: 40 mg/day for the first 2 weeks, then 20 mg/day for the next 2 weeks

- Clomid: 50 mg/day for 4 weeks
