I'm currently 5'7", 172 lb and I'm about 14 or 13% body fat. No more than that. I would like to bulk up and get stronger. My question is how much deca do you really need to bulk up?
I was thinking of doing 250 mg of testosterone, 10 to 20 mg of dbol, and then some amount of deca. I'm not sure what is the minimum amount. Can I get away with 100 or 200 mg a week or do you need to push it up higher? It's going to be a 12-week cycle and I am in my early 30s.
