Looking to add growth hormone to my supplement list. I'm currently running whey protein, digestive enzymes, and fiber. I would like to add growth hormone to help with my gut health and help with my sleep and recovery. I'm very new to it though. I'm 32 years old.
Should I start at a low dose, maybe 2 mg IU's per day, or should I start higher, four to five IU's per day?
