I'm curious about how much Deca you'd recommend I run if I'm going to be doing 500 mg of testosterone already. I'm 33 years old and this is my second cycle. My goal is to bulk up. I'm 5'6" and 172 lbs. During my last cycle I gained about 10 lbs. on just testosterone but I lost most of it.
