I work out late at night and I take a pre-workout around 6 p.m.
I'm usually home around 10 or 11 p.m. and it takes me awhile to fall asleep. I have to be up the next morning for work around seven or eight
what is something that I can take to help me sleep

try to use cbd oil with n2sleep both work

I would stop using pre workouts that late... thats the answer.. you dont want to take a bunch of things for sleeping at night... there are non stimulant things you can easily use instead
